We have been frequenting this particular grocery store for quite some time now, but unfortunately, we have encountered a number of concerns during our visits. The quality of the products offered at the store has been consistently subpar, and to add to our disappointment, we had an unpleasant encounter with one of the employees who treated us with disrespect. These experiences have left us with no choice but to make a significant change in our grocery shopping routine. As a result, we have made the decision to shift our allegiance and start procuring our groceries from the esteemed QFC Mukilteo, where we hope to find a superior shopping experience and a higher standard of product quality.

Recently bought a tri-tip steak for a BBQ. The scale weight was 3 lbs and packaged to look like a nice lean cut. As soon as I got it home and took it out of the wrap I realized I had been swindled. I cut off and weighed the .5 to .75 inch layer of fat along the entire bottom of the tri-tip and it came to just under 12 oz. So instead of a 3 lb tri-tip I got 2.25 lbs and have to stretch it to feed guests. This wasn't marbling, this was a layer of pure fat along the entire cut that should have been trimmed off and was deliberately hidden when it was wrapped. In the attached picture, the white stuff on the left of the photo is 100% pure beef fat. I guess I'm supposed to use that to make soap? I will absolutely never shop this meat / seafood department again.

As a business how do you open at 5am, but won't allow access to a restroom until 930? This is a compete disservice to your customers.
Install a lock with a key code or a call button like other stores.

I ordered a birthday cake on Thursday 2nd of May for my daughter’s birthday 3rd of May. It was really bad in side. Icing the top of the cake was look good but inside the cake was really dry and felt it was made three days ago.
Visitors who are participated the party were not happy with the cake . I told them I bought it from Safeway at Mukilteo speedway.
I will tell every body that I know not to buy cake from this place.
They should have concerned about the order because it was a birthday party and ordered early. Very disappointed , I should have ordered a cake from FredMeyer

Bad produce, bad meat department, horrible pharmacy (specifically the “customer service”) and overall questionable Safeway to put it mildly.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this pharmacy. On multiple occasions I have been made to feel like my requests for assistance are too much work for them and like my needs are not important. I requested a 90 day refill which was ignored and only filled for 30 days. Then when I call back to address this they give me pushback saying the 30 day refill is already ready. I asked for them to revert the 30 days and do 90 days like my initial request and they said they would call me back because they have other work more important work to do. Extremely frustrating to me that asking them to do their job gets push back and seems like a hassle to them. Changing my pharmacy next month so I no longer have to deal with such poor customer service

I had given 5 stars before and now dropping it because we found racist and bigoted merchandise here a while ago. Go to QFC which is much much nicer and practically right next to it. Seriously.

Have been coming to the store since it was Albertsons and the amount of available store employees they have to help gets less and less every time I go in there. Every time I go to the seafood section I have to wait at least 5 to 10 minutes for someone to come and help me and today for the first time I stood there for 10 minutes no one came so I went and did all of my shopping and went back and there was still no one there so then I went up to the front and asked where the seafood employee was and apparently they paged someone so I went back there and stood there for another minute or two and no one ever came so I left and went to QFC. All I wanted to do was just grab fish really quick I didn't know that I was going to have to wander around your store for 30 minutes and then leave and go to a second store. And in the past every time I've gone to get fried chicken for my son at the deli they're always is none and they always tell me it's just about to be done cooking and then it takes 20 minutes for it to get done cooking. You guys never have anything ready, never have anything prepared and never have enough employees working. The Safeway is awful I don't know why I keep coming back here, it's just the closest and most convenient store unfortunately
