Great safe and secure storage

A friend moved up here from the Tacoma area last year, and earlier this month asked me to help find a cheap place to store the camping trailer he just bought. Knew of Alderwood RV Storage years ago from camping with another friend, so after work I drove by to check it out... and had flashbacks to Afghanistan. Looked like it was under new "management" (feel like I should use this term loosely). First was several cars that looked disabled parked outside the fence. It was after dark with the gate left open, the place was half empty, mildly worrying. The top of shiny razor wire didn't cross the back; there was no fence across the back, it opened out into the woods which I remember looked swampy and had homeless camping in it. Only a few trailers parked there with rest of it being work trucks of different types. Baffling was a pile of dirt dumped in front of a trailer. Concern raised higher with the huge garbage pile that was as high as the fence, it looked like 3 trailers and few cars buried under furniture, car parts, boxes, and trashbags, which was as good as a team of referees dual wielding Red Flags flapping them wildly. But there is more, I could see all this very clearly from the light from a fire with flames reaching higher than the fence. A stack of boxes as big as a car burning in the middle of the gravel lot; and this strange little man standing beside it. This was a titanic NOPE! Who in their rational mind would store a trailer or motorhome in these conditions? Almost called the police but realized they wouldn't believe this B-movie horror scene.

Did not use for storage as they could not accomodate my 40' fifth wheel, but they were friendly, helped me find another storage facility that could, and have only a one month minimum like we needed. Wish we could have used them!

This place was a lifesaver for me and my husband. We had gotten into town later than expected from bringing a new trailer home. Turned out after multiple tries there was no way of getting in our driveway without bottoming out. We were in a real pickle! It was dark and raining and we didn't have any options. I did a Google search and this was the only one that said "closes soon" It was about 4:59pm and I think they close at 5pm. I called and reached one of the owners, Dana. She was so kind. She told me that they were not at the lot. I told her my predicament and asked if she had any advice. She said, "let me call you back." She got back to me within 5 minutes and said she had an opening at their Snohomish lot and would have someone there to help me! Unbelievable! I couldn't sign the contract right away because I wasn't at a computer but they just kept making allowances for us! We got to the lot and Lance showed up right then. Nicest guy! He helped us get turned around and into a spot, once again in the dark and rain. He could not have been nicer. Their helper Jessica was super nice and efficient and sent us all the paperwork via email. Everyone involved just went above and beyond to help us in our time of need. I strongly recommend this place and these people.
