This store has gone completely downhill since the new manager has come onboard. I believe she used to work at Forever 21 and have no idea why she was hired for a store of this calliber.
The sale clothes are all over the floor and it is a safety hazard as customers can easily slip and fall.
They used to play soft, relaxing Christian music, but with the new manager it is annoying, loud and extremely offensive.
As others have said, the store closes early claiming they can't get any employees to work there. Perhaps it is the new manager?

Drove an hour to go to this specific store for a dress and they just arbitrarily decided to close 2 hours earlier than the mall hours. Ridiculous.

7-11-25 whoever was checking out today Should look into being a correctional officer instead of retail! The way she just belittled and spoke to a pregnant woman telling her not to buy a dress because of her size wow not okay do better

Horrible, rude employees. One of your employees told a pregnant woman she couldn’t have a dress because it “wouldn’t fit”. An employee of a store like this has absolutely no right to say what someone will or won’t fit in and to say it to their face was especially disgusting and wrong. This used to be one of my favorite places to get dresses and I will not be coming back.

This is such a beautiful store! I love the prayer request book by the dressing rooms, that is very sweet and made me very happy to see. The staff was very kind, the store was well organized, the clothes are absolutely stunning and the quality feels great!

Was really disappointed when I went here, was struggling to find anything in my size and when I asked a lady for help she looked in the system and came back and said "The store doesn't carry your size, but we can order if you want". I am sorry not everyone is a size 0-6 and most people want to try things on before buying. Was really upsetting.

I usually love shopping here until I encountered a very catty associate. She was clearly judging what my daughter was wearing, was repeatedly looking at her and laughing, while walking around the store and telling the other associates. When I asked her about it, she became hostile and rude, of course denying it. Then again, she walked around loudly complaining to other associates, while they stayed composed. She’s young, has long, very bleach-blonde hair with dark roots, and thin, light-colored drawn-on eyebrows. Very disappointing experience. You would think women her age would outgrow that type of behavior.

Christian business, it seams. Positive Godly messages everywhere. Customer service was on point, confirming multiple times our names and selection options. Keep in mind we came on a slow Thursday evening as Im sure on busy days customer service is likely not as readily available but we were impressed.

I’m pretty sad after leaving the store today (4/9/24) around 4pm. I came in with my family to find a dress for my pregnant sister so we tried on a lot of dresses. When we came out of the fitting room the white girl with dark hair indirectly accused me of stealing because she found tags in the fitting we were in? So, because the girl in charge of the fitting room didn’t check or properly cleaned the room before she let us in we were accused of stealing. Pretty sad tbh

Usually do not shop here because the clothes are extremely overpriced for the mid-range quality, but decided to come in. No one asked if we needed help around the store, so off the bat, didn’t seem inviting. Gal in fitting room was kind, but when i checked out, the girl at the till gave me the wrong amount of money back, gave me $6 but my change was $7. Then the manager came over and gave me my $1, but was so condensing about it, “here’s your, 1 whole dollar”. Seriously? No “sorry about the inconvenience”, or “thanks for shopping”? Maybe don’t steal your customers money. Don’t know if i’ll be coming back based on this bad experience.
