Best vet ever. There's Noone else like him. I'll miss him as we moved out of state but I would bring my cat back to him every chance I could get if I could afford the trip. That's how good he is

GUNIEA PIG OWNERS BE WARNED: Do not take your guinea pig here! They may be good for dogs but not small rodents. They have no clue what theyr doing.... My 8 year old guinea pig got given the wrong medication. They half a** the entire job!! $200 - *1 xray [[they do only 1 image instead of 2-3 like all the other vets. As a medical professional I know as well as getting confirmation from two other vets in the area - you can not use just one image for diagnostics! They probably do this to save money on film and keep their pockets full so if you think about going to get a second opinion your pet will have to endure yet more sets of radiation just to get the correct imaging for diagnosis which for a small animal is not okay!!]] * 1 antibiotic ( WITHOUT PAIN MEDS, WITHOUT PROBIOTIC, WITHOUT ANTI-INFLAMMATORY MEDS! The second opinion vet said this was wrong and can cause more issues WHICH IT DID.) My guinea pig is NOT better. In fact the medication has made my guinea pig wheeze and caused more bleeding! PRICE: THEY HAVE TWO OFFICES UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES BUT SAME COMPANY AND DIFFERENT PRICES!!! They will charge you more money just for going to their Bellevue office! THEY WILL MAKE YOU SIGN A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE YOUR ANIMAL BACK UNLESS YOU PAY RIGHT THERE AND THEN. What the f****** I have gone to several clinics for guinea pigs over the past 10 years and have never had to sign a contract that I wont get my animal back or be able to leave without paying. For a clinic to not trust their customers so much so to sign paperwork and then they change up prices on you. BE VERY CAREFUL. NOT TO MENTION - DR. S YELLED AT MY HUSBAD TO GO HOME AND GET AWAY BECAUSE MY HUSBAND INQUIRED WHY THERE IS A PRICE CHANGE FROM WHAT WE ARE QUOTED. We will be contacting the Better Business Beaureu to report this Indian husband and wife who are clearly using your love for your pets to extort you for your money.

Please Please Please use caution when using these people. They are absolute thieves. They gave us a verbal estimate of $600 (which is high but we didn't know better at the time) to $700 if there are any underlying issues, which my 9 month old puppy did not have. When the bill came it was $936.20 plus $295.00 for pre surgery blood work. This is 3 times the amount that any other vet in the area charges. Not to mention that the doctor told me the surgery take 15 minutes to do yet we were charged for the 45 minutes of anesthesia time because someone had to be in the room not that there was any actual anesthesia going on. Please to Brier instead, you will be much happier!

Unlike many others, Dr. Sodhi will discuss alternatives of care and let the pet parent decide. He spent time explaining the what and why.

I only use Yelp to find restaurants, but I was compelled to post this review because I have never been this disappointed with a vet visit, ever. Was recommended to this place because I was looking for a new vet after months and months of unsuccessful diagnosis of my cat's compulsive licking and recurring brownish wax in both ears. So when my previous clinic failed to even do a swab test on her ear(s) and just prescribe Fluoxetine for *maybe* stress-related behavior, I took her in here. Let me share you our nightmare. My cat Yuki was seen by Dr. Rupall who seems nice and prescribed several things to address the symptoms while we do the elimination diet. Yuki was prescribed a tincture with instructions on the bottle to give a FULL dropper ORALLY every 12 hours. I peeled back the label a little and did a quick search online and it stated it can be applied topically or in the ears. I didn't feel comfortable giving this to her orally, but did apply a few drops on her belly and called the clinic because I didn't think I could give essential oils (which contained Eucalyptus) orally and for someone to call me back to make sure this is actually OK (this was Thurs afternoon). No call, no email on Fri. Then I get an email this morning (Sat) just saying "Eucalyptus oil used for the ears is fine, just not ingested." Now I'm panicking because I followed the instructions and let her lick her belly afterwards. The doctor calls me back, but I find out that techs picked up the wrong bottle and they slapped on the instructions label (they should've given us the tincture she can ingest) and tells me Yuki *should be* fine, but if I was worried, they would give me some milk thistle for pick up. They tell me they close in 10 minutes so I rush over in 8 minutes. The receptionist or one of the techs come out and says "ok, that'll be $44.xx". Now I'm furious because they make this mistake and have possibly caused my cat to have organ failure and now asking me to pay for it?? While asking why I'm being charged for their error, this condescending lady just stands there, nods her head up and down with "uh huh...well this will cost you money, nothing I can do about that. You can bring the other bottle in for a refund but you pay for this one". I ask to speak to Dr. Rupall, she says "she might already have gone home", w/out even checking to see if she's there. I ended up picking up a good brand of milk thistle from Mud Bay for 1/2 the price, but I was not willing to give this clinic any more of my money. If they had admitted their mistakes and offered to make it right by giving my cat remedy free of charge, I would not be this upset. The arrogant attitude of the staff and the refusal to take responsibility of their own mistakes makes this unacceptable. You cannot make this kind of mistake and not own up to it. So although my original vet clinic charges more, I have decided to bring her back there. I will prob need to have another full CBC and other blood works done now because of this nonsense. She just had a full blood work done in Aug with good results so yes, I am beyond furious over this debacle.

I originally sought out AHL to get a second opinion on my 2 1/2 yr old dogs kidney disease diagnosis. We had been to Banfield where they told us that our dog had 'plaque' on one tooth but otherwise normal and that we needed to do an ultrasound through an affiliate organization. My first sign things weren't being handled well was when I told our then-vet about Titans food allergies and he can't have commercial dog food preservatives, but I was still given prescriptions for kibble that was not preservative free. Second, was when I called and inquired about the ultrasound results I was told they were normal but had to discuss the rest of the findings with Banfield, which were extremely hard to get ahold of. Normally I am very trusting of my vets, so it was a shock that I'd spent a collective $900 and I've yet to be contacted back on his condition. Things just didn't add up. Dr. Sodhi took one look at a back tooth that I had missed looking at, what Banfield told me was plaque was actually a cracked and rotting tooth. We scheduled some more blood work 2 weeks later to check on how the diet changes and supplement additions were helping kidney function and after that we scheduled to have his tooth removed. Flash forward to today when Dr. Sodhi performed our procedure. I dropped him off early this morning and he was done by the afternoon. Titan is always happy to go in with their vet techs and they have genuine care for my pet, I trust he gets the same level of care I would give. The cost was within what you'd see if you looked up a procedure price online, but I've also found that you get what you pay for. I wish I would have started with someone who listens and looks for the basic problems first before assuming he needs every expensive test, could have saved me hundreds of dollars and taken away days my boy was in pain. As for his kidney disease, I will happily continue to bring Titan to Dr. Sodhi and his clinic!
