I was helped by a wonderful woman named Mckenna. She was very friendly and helpful and had a thorough knowledge of her inventory and design. She very quickly helped me find something that was just what I wanted and then showed me some lovely pieces for my future needs. The store does feel a bit on the full side in places, but very quickly you start to notice the interesting pieces in their collection and fun little things they put in around the store. I myself was completely fooled by a fake spilt beer on a table. I would highly recommend Anna furniture and to be helped by McKenna.

I had a great experience with Mark shopping for furniture and I actually really like the furniture I purchased back in April. Fast forward to today. The finish on the dining room table is easily chipped (luckily I bought the warranty). My 2 star review is based on follow up customer service. One piece we purchased arrived a few weeks after the rest and to avoid paying for delivery/setup twice, we had our contractor pick it up and later assemble. It’s a beautiful piece of furniture but the doors do not fit in the space and will not close. We were out of the country at the time and then were busy with a remodel and did not contact Anna’s for a few months after pickup. When we did, they told us to adjust the hinges. We provided pictures to show that there was literally no space and the hinges had been adjusted. They then told us that wood can swell. We told them twice that it didn’t fit from day 1. Then they told us there was no way to know such a thing and asked us to bring the piece back and they would adjust the hinges. Again, not the problem. And it’s a heavy piece that would be such a pain to disassemble and return. For the amount of money I spent there, some good customer service would have been nice. Instead I was basically called a liar. I had plans to return and buy some bedroom sets, but I will go elsewhere as I now have to pay our contractor to shave down the doors and refinish. Doesn’t seem right. Oh, and the warranty doesn’t apply. It only covers accidental damage, not mistakes by the manufacturer.Update to respond to Anna's response. Do you hear what you sound like? You started out your reply with a sarcastic comment. And I've now been accused that I (and my "husband") have left multiple negative reviews. I am not married, but my partner did leave ONE original review because I was out of the country. When I returned home one month later, the doors would not close without force that would cause damage. At original assembly, they were very hard to close but could be forced closed. We assumed at the time that we could just make some adjustments to the hinges which was not the case. It has now gotten worse and only one door will close now with force. Even if everything said by Anna's was true, should we assume that furniture doors will only close for 4 or 5 months and then we should not complain if they no longer will? You offered to have us bring in the piece to adjust the hinges. We already know that adjusting the hinges will not fix the issue so that will be a waste of a trip - and we also don't have a vehicle to haul this piece so we would have to pay someone to bring it in. I'm complaining about customer service. The furniture is lovely - if the doors would close. This situation started out very kindly and respectfully on our end by email with the admission that we had neglected to complain earlier - we were very busy with a remodel and travel and time got away from us. And then our emails were answered over and over again completely ignoring what we were saying and basically calling us liars. I just don't understand a business operating in this manner. And if you check out my Google reviews, I rarely leave a bad review -- I go out of my way to leave positive reviews, as does my partner. His initial review of your store was 5 stars.

This is our third time buying at Anna’s. We love Mark knowledge and patience! He’s always great to show us all the options that would fit our family and also the best deals to help us to save money. The quality of the furniture, the options and the price is what makes us come back every time we need something knew to our house. We highly recommend Anna’s furniture, ask for Mike and you won’t be disappointed!

Terrible, TERRIBLE company. I had a Review on here before, and then I removed it... as the ignorant owners and staff want to spout nonsense when they try to justify their actions. They're a rip-off company that doesn't want to go the extra mile to help customers out... even after we had SEVERAL mechanical problems with the outlets on the loveseat we had purchased. In the end - it was their actions as well as the company they work with - for not correcting the problem in the beginning. I pray that our Heavenly Father will wave His outstretched hand - His outstretched arm over this place of business and make them go out of business or get acquired by a larger furniture business to have them change their name and fire all their staff. Anything they've said to us in the past... it's just another "con-artist / rip-off / swindling" scheme. They're like the chaff in the wind... like a thorn or twig... only good for the fire... which, they're headed (to the bottomless, fiery pit called "Hell") if they do NOT change the way they treat their customers. They obviously need the King James Bible and Jesus the Christ, our Lord and Savior, in their life. They acted like children of darkness... not children of light. We can't judge someone's soul nor judge by appearance - but, we can judge their fruit of their doings - their works - their deeds, and judge righteous judgment. This Review is "righteous" - 100% accurate... no matter what kind of ignorance reply they give.

Awful. Big commitment to support their sales followed by insulting and demeaning statements from them. If you make the mistake and buy from them, buyer beware. We spent $10,000 and the dinning table is scratched from moving plates around, the credenza is broken, and the other sofa tables are marked from easy use. All this after 4 months. Would they honor their warranty? Nope. AND, they said "this is what happens when the weather changes." Exactly, because we don't have a heater and and ac that keep the house's temperature static.

Anna's has a great selection of furniture from a variety of makers, and the staff is friendly, experienced and supportive. They excel at understanding your tastes and budget and helping you find the product that fits your needs. Mark and Makenna are both great listeners and guides. We shopped five other stores before Anna's, so I can confidently say that Anna's has the best combination of product, price and service in the area.

This store is always great to shop at. Sales staff are friendly without crowding, and customer service is excellent. Dresser and night stands we bought from them over 10 years ago are still going strong!

Anna’s Furniture is outstanding! They sell great quality furniture at the best prices around and they have a huge selection. My salesperson was very knowledgeable about their products. He’s understood what I was looking for and helped me find some great options. He gave me time to try things out on my own but was available whenever I had questions. I will be back the next time I need new furniture and I plan tell my friends about Anna’s.

We love this store! It's a big showroom with a small business feel. They have a fun selection and friendly low pressure sales staff. McKenna helped us on multiple occasions, and she was just so nice and helpful! We will definitely go back to Anna's as a first stop for future purchases.

I dropped into Anna's last week to buy a few items for my new house and I was greeted by a sales guy, Mark. He'd just gotten himself lunch from Jimmy John's, but instead of asking me for a few minutes so he could finish up his lunch, he offered me half of it. I thought he was kidding at first and then he reiterated that he was serious...so I took him up on it. Next thing I knew, his associate, Jay, brought me a small bag of chips and a mug full of water. Not only did I find some great furniture, but I had a fabulous customer experience. Above and beyond doesn't even cover it!!! ?

We purchase a new buffet and dining room table in November 2022. The dining room table arrived with the leaf glides out of alignment and the cables frayed. I had to repair myself the best I could, and managed to insert the leaf. Warranty replacement took 8 weeks as we had to wait for large enough shipment from the factory to justify getting a new table top. The buffet arrived with all three doors out of alignment and binding, but the repair only took about a week. Both pieces of furniture arrived arrived from the factory defective in very basic ways. Going through a warranty claim just after delivery is unacceptable customer service. Anna's sells you defective furniture out the door, and you are responsible for documenting and submitting insurance claims. Anna's should pay me since i ended up working as their quality assurance manager.

Anna's Home Furnishings in Lynnwood.Amazing place and great service. We were astonished by the elegant environment the moment we set foot in. Every piece of furniture and home decorations felt unique and genuine.We found the L-shape couch we were looking for in half an hour, and immediately purchased it before anyone could notice. We decided on the 200$ five years protection plan too since we have a two years old. It covers for any kind of rips, damages and broken pieces.The couch is super comfortable, sturdy, balanced-weight and the perfect color that matches with the color of our carpet and TV table. It was definitely worth the money and more. The delivery was on time and smoothly handled as well.Thank you Anna's Home Furnishings for making our home hall a delightful place to hang out in. We will be paying you guys a visit again as soon as possible for a dining and coffee table.PS: Mark, you are an amazing salesperson and great human being.
