Fitness CA is an awesome gym organization. The particular one I go to, Fitness CA Anvil Fitness, LLC , is great for all sorts of activities: weightlifting, cardio, classes, etc.

I've been going to Beatdown at Anvil Fitness for many years and owner/operator Kimo is awesome! It's always a physical challenge and I'm always happy I went. Even if I'm banged up or suffering some nagging injury, Kimo is able to modify the activities and still deliver a punishing workout. He is very knowledgeable and personally designs each class and individual session. This is not cookie cutter crossfit with a 'trainer' that just started working out a year or two ago. Neither is this the gym to show up to be seen, flex in the mirror and try to pickup on other patrons. There's pleny of national chain gyms for that. This is the place to put in the hard work that helps you realize your goals, get healthy, get strong and feel great with a trainer that really cares and really knows. Come to Beatdown classes (first one is free) or get an hour of undivided attention in a one on one. You will feel the difference!!

Kimo is my YODA!! He is good for the soul, the heart, the mind- and of course works in some wicked fitness!! This man whips you into shape from the inside out- nutritional education, identifying potential barriers with fitness, life, body image, food, etc., recommends books to enrich the mind, tunes up your body when you feel busted, and gives you a good whoopin with his treacherous programming! This is no globo gym folks. Anvil fitness changed my definition of what being happy and healthy felt like. Thank you for loving me well and making my world a better place, Kimo!!

Kimo is a SAVAGE of a TRAINER! He is a LIGHT to the fitness community! He truly care about the health and well being of each individual client. The knowledge, service, and support he provides is worth way more than what you will pay. He does what he does because it his passion and helping others change their lives is his ultimate goal. I have known and trained with Kimo since 2011, even when I moved 100 miles away I still consulted with him and used what I learned from him on my own! He is MAGNIFICENT!

This is one of the best personal training/boot camp places around. Kimo Cole is educated way beyond othes trainers, he'll work you out but keep you healthy also. I work in sports medicine and refer my patients here all the time knowing they're in good hands. Kimo is just a great person on top of that. He works hard for his business and believes in every aspect. He's also fun and easy to talk to. I would send my own mom here!

This place rocks because of the trainer, Kimo Cole. He is a hard worker, a great example, and is committed to your success. I attend the Tuesday/Thursday workout at 6:00pm. You truly get what you pay for, but this also depends on how hard you work for it. If you are not sweating than you are not working it! Kimo is down to earth and a funny guy who encourages you throughout the process. When you come here, you feel like you are a part of a family.
