Dante Limon was super helpful with our trade in and finding a good price. My dad says if he could give a 6 star review he could. Very friendly and nice environment. And THEY HAVE A CAT. That's the most important. ?

While I didn’t actually purchase a car from these guys, I almost did and Jack made me feel very relaxed and comfortable! Jaime really put in the leg work to find me something that I wanted, but unfortunately it sold before I could put down a deposit. Jack stepped in and found me MULTIPLE options within my price range. I ended up at a dealership closer to where I live and Jack was SO gracious about it. Highly recommend these guys. They really know their stuff

I cannot tell you how much I hate the process of purchasing a new vehicle. Working with Edi has been such a breath of fresh air. Edi was very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. We were able to make a screaming deal and I’m driving off the lot in this amazing Toyota tundra! He even got my buddy into a new truck the same day!

Beware buying a car from here. The morning after I bought my 2011 Volvo XC90 the Check Engine and Tire Pressure lights came on. I checked them with my device and emailed and called them. I was told my device was not good enough to know what was really wrong. Well the shop I took it to said the same thing. Thousands of dollars of work needed. Funny how it showed up hours after I bought it and was told no lights or issues were found. What a coincidence ! They will not help unless I drove over an hour to get it check by them. Well who wants to do that with check engine light on. Very disappointed I do not have the thousands of dollars to fix it which is why I bought an older car and trusted them.

I found a 2020 Land Rover Veler at APX however it would be over An hour drive to get the shop from where I live - Black Diamond. So, I was skeptical in the beginning however I am glad that I did go to APX and then bought the car. The Sales rep. and the Financial team would work with you based on your expectations and the budget that you felt comfortable. I will definitely recommend the APX to my family members and friends. Great Experience shopping at APX.

Omg!!! I just got a new car and it’s amazing. They are super friendly and take their time to make sure everything you need is taken into account. I originally came for a car and I rejected by the bank. They told me they would work on getting a car worked out for me and they did. A 2020 Kia soul and it was in amazing condition!! Warranty and all. I highly suggest getting your car from this dealership!

Amazing service and truly awesome experience. These guys truly deserve a credit for their professional but very friendly and welcoming attitude. Made the process so easy, and most importantly, very fast. I even made it back on time to pick up kids from school.Special thanks to Dante and Lamar for helping me make this process fast. The best shout-out goes to Oscar (my favorite ?) who cuddled with me while the papers were being made. Also, Oscar is the cat on premises and really made my day. Will do my best to come by and visit.Definitely do recommend these guys. If you haven't yet, go see them soon ?.

Purchased a 2005 Ford Escape 7/28/23 from APX. My initial experience with the staff was actually great, (Bill, Lamar and the sales person who was a bit newer. Jordan/Jonathan, can’t recall) Bill is the GM there, he originally recommended this car out to me as they had just added it to inventory. Low mileage. Leather seats. Ski racks. NEW battery. It had a dent, but repairing it was thrown into my price as a “deal”. They work with a contractor that apparently comes and does occasional bodywork. This car was over priced for its market value btw. But my situation demanded a vehicle for work. The process was casual, the dealership almost had this young and inexperienced “bro-vibe” about it. My salesman was still very new and unfamiliar with protocols so you could tell everyone was collectively trying to help him make a sale.Paperwork time comes around, Lamar told me that GAP is “included” in my price. So was theft warranty. All neat things to have “included”. This is a lie, READ your contract, it’s optional and will cost you about $1000+I leave, take a picture with the salesperson. I’m sorry I can’t remember their name, had braces and bleached hair, looked very young. Not even 2 hours later, my car dies on the highway, luckily I had a friend help limp it back home, after dying two more times in the process.. (A new battery was just put in, mind you.) We thought it might be the alternator.Next day, I call - at first I was polite in my request to get it towed, I got push back from Lamar, (who did not remember processing my paperwork or who I was, get used to that. I understand a lot of people come through this industry, but this was on multiple occasions and calls) naturally my politeness went away. They managed to send a tow the following Sunday, promising it would be done by Monday. It was done Tuesday evening. After the pushback on getting a loaner car so that I may get commute to work, they did the RIGHT thing and let me use a loaner for my early Tuesday shift. So that’s a plus.Upon waiting for my car at APX. I asked Lamar if I had warranty, he said YES. Although my contract doesn't reflect that. Ultimately my fault for not making sure I opted in. I trusted that I was in good hands.I requested a work order for what was done, I was handed an Autozone receipt with a parts purchase and an incredibly vague explanation of what it was.The only people who apologized for my troubles was the tow truck driver. And the person who installed my battery. Not Lamar, not my salesperson, (Bill is hardly there, or has a questionable schedule) No one affiliated in the sale.2 months roll by. (10/12)My car dies on the highway again. This time, engine shaking aggressively. Pulled over in the middle of the highway to the only area with space. All lights are on, engine, oil light, ABS. I got it towed back to my home.Next day, I call, (shockingly) Bill answers. Can’t find me in their database. This is because they spelled my name wrong. He asked for my social so he could find me. This left a hard inquiry on my credit. It’s not Aquiniga. That is also how it’s spelled on my contract. He said to send all I had on the last repair. I did, I called to follow up on an email I wrote and attached documents..only to be told by someone named Nathan “Ultimately Bill decides, he’s off, I don’t know when he gets in, but I’ll let him know.” Which at this point, I doubt.PLEASE.Do not buy a car here. Please listen/read other reviews like mine. These guys will deliver a nice first impression, but they will blow you off the moment you make a purchase. You are buying a used car, yes. But taking care of their customers who gave APX a chance, and put money in their pockets is not a priority to them.As someone who used to work at busy and understaffed dealerships, and also service writing. I understand how hectic the days can be and you can only do so much - but please stay away from this place. The best you can do is report them to BBB, contact consumer protection and FTC, and depending on your situation, your attorney general

Diego was incredibly kind and friendly, and he really went out of his way to make the experience of finding a car suited to my price point and tastes an easy one. (He even returned my rental car for me!) I have to confess I fell in love with my little Mini and didn't look at the car too closely before I bought it; however, I am calling its minor cosmetic imperfections "patina"! This is a sweet little car and I am very, very happy I bought it.Kudos also to Lamar. Buying a car isn't usually much fun, but Diego and Lamar made the process remarkably cozy and pleasant!

I was very happy with my A3 but I called the Washington Deptbig Licensing and almost three months later no paperwork. I cannot drive my car for two months since I've had it. Love the guys there but total bummer.

Ripped off and takes forever for them to fix a simple issue. Worst dealer ever. Smiles as they rip you off with hidden charges

Just bought my second car from them. The easiest process ever. Very nice people who made the buying experience easy breezy. Came here for my last car, will come for my next and so on. The best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Fair, honest, reasonably priced. Diego went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. They even have warranty’s on select vehicles. Will forever be a customer of APX
