After the AutoZone in Everett Called this location. Ashlee, Austin and Peter were amazing. The Alternator for my 2020 Kia was the only one in Snohomish County. It was buried within 15 pallets in the back and they were able to get it out and have it ready when I got there. I would have been stranded without the help I received from the hard working staff at AutoZone. Thank you. !!!!

I have used your store often, and found Molly To be very helpful. Several times she has helped me with issues such as oil, brake parts, Batteries and accessories. I always look for her assistance because her knowledge and personality always makes for a great experience. Thank you.

So I go here to get a gasket for my thermostat housing. And I had the lady get to get the thermostat housing because one of the holes isn't completely closed the way they made it. So instead of helping me to get a gasket she said I have thousands and thousands of gaskets. So instead of doing your job and helping the customer get what he needs you're going to make an excuse not to do your job. I will never go here again

Wow just wow, Ashlee is the best! My car died in the parking lot and she not only came out and replaced the battery (which I had bought prior), but she ended up finding (and verifying a few more times after that) that my alternator was out. She had one of the other very helpful employees come out and jump my car and they both made sure I was good to go before leaving. Would completely recommend this store!!

This is the 3dr time that I’ve called the store nd asked for parts and they say the part is in stock, but I come 20 min later nd they come up with that they actually don’t have the item in stock. This gets my mad because it spends my time, money and also the people who work there are always in a bad mood and they don’t have manners.

Molly,at this new auto zone was more than amazing this morning. Helped me with a getting the correct parts and walked outside to assist me with a quick 5min install on them. Crazy friendly, educated, and most of all personable and professional. I work in customer service and Molly is 2nd to non in this department.Thank you for the help stay rad!

Ashley was the absolute best! Helped me get all the parts needed after the other store dismissed me and refused to sell or even look up parts. Ashley went above and beyond to help me. 10/10 will be only using this store from now on.

Had a great experience working with this store. Had issues with my brakes and I’m not a car person. Jayson was a big help. They even stayed open a little later to make sure I got the information I needed!

Terrible customer service, starting from the manager to the store customer service providers. I was asking for the oil filter and motor oil for to replace to my truck. First of all the person who was helping me does not know the basic stuff about anything that is connected with his job. He is asking me “ how much do you want”. I said I need to replace oil into my truck and I would like you to tell me how much oil I need, what kind of oil filter. For some reason he was bot happy that I asked him and he was acting ignorant to me. Second time I came to replace the part that they gave me wrong and a right way he told manager in the front of me “ this is the guy” and I heard him. I told him to stop be ignorant to me and that he should take care of the customer who is waiting for him instead of listening conversation between me and the lady who I think is there manager. I asked her nicely and politely about parts that I need to change and she said to me that I shouldn’t call her workers name” I just told him that he is ignorant to me. I’ve been coming to this store for all my life and I am feeling terrible because of inexperienced workers who are also very unpleasant and ignorant.This people should not have any contact with customer service!
