DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!This ladies are rude, disrespectful, and aggressive.Whe I walked in I noticed only 2 people waiting buy stood there for a few 5 min and this person that was the next person in line told the person on green can someone please help me I just need a receipt. This lady on green told the customer they're not standing they're helping other customers in a RUDE VOICE, I was disappointed as I work for customer service I would never talk like this to my clients nor anyone. Anyways they opened an other window to help and also the teller was RUDE to this elderly woman, I can't believe this was happening, so I thought maybe they got mad because she was standing there for a long time and asked if someone could please take care of her?.Not the end of the story, a young Latino came in asking for help for a card that never came into the mail and needed an other one he thought he was gonna lose his account, he told this Hispanic blond teller and she RIDLEY told this young man, OKAY! PLEASE BE CLEAR OF WHAT YOUR SAYING???. I'M NOT UNDERSTANDING YOU???. I understand exactly what this young man wanted (a new card because he didn't get it through the mail and thought he was gonna lose his account) but the way she responded was really UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. SHE SEEMED VERY RACIST.IT WAS FINALLY MY TURN, at this point I was expecting the WORST ACTITUD from the Middle Eastern Bank Teller and yes, it happened to me too! She was everything but nice, courteous nor professional. She seemed lost when she was helping me, she looked at me, the check I was cashing, my ID, the computer... Long story short, she took for ever to cash me a check, I told her, IS EVERYTHING OKAY? She rudely responded, YES, I NEED TO DOUBLE CHECK SIGNATURE BECAUSE IS BLURRY. I said. okay. I never had a problem before and all my checks from that person are always like that. UGH I WAS SO FRUSTRATED ALREADY.It seemed that they just want to have people waiting and arguing with them.PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO FIX THIS PROBLEM AT THIS LOCATION, AND DONT REPLY TELLING ME IM SORRY FOR THIS INCONVENIENT AS YOU DO IN ALL REVEWS UNDER MINE! DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT OR YOULL BE LOSING CUSTOMERS.

I was the second person in line, but it took them about 20 minutes to get to me. (It was the longest short line I've ever been in.) When it was finally my turn, they refused to help me because I was not an existing customer. The teller was extremely rude and unfriendly, didn't even offer a smile. (I just needed some rolls of quarters...not something one usually needs an account to accomplish. ?) I used to be a customer years ago, but I left Bank of America because they were charging fees on every little thing. And after the experience with their service today, I won't EVER be coming back. What began as a line of 2 people when I first walked in ended with a line of 10 people as I walked out the door because they are so slow here. Worst banking experience ever!

Bank of America is good with political correctness. I am PoC and glad to see PoC work for BoA, particularly Edmonds and Lynwood branches. However, it doesn’t seem that the staff are knowledgeable and helpful.I came by the branch last week to know more about the investment and retirement plans. Merrill Lynch manager told me that he would connect me with an Annuity specialist earlier this week. It is Tuesday 5pm but I have not heard anything from the manager.

Really Bad Customer service. It took me 25 minutes to wait to update my Information. A regular Teller could do this but they don’t have enough staff. This is the worst location in terms of customer service.Don’t recommend this location to do business.

My husband and I visited this branch to open some joint accounts. We worked with Johanna. She was outstanding - she was extremely knowledgeable, conscientious, and genuinely excited for us. I have never had a better banking experience. We mentioned we were interested in CDs and she referred us to Sheldon. He happened to have availability so we were able to meet with him as well. He was equally outstanding. He asked some great questions and helped us learn our options. He also opened our minds to some other possibilities which we wouldn't have had any idea about otherwise. I highly recommend this team and I look forward to continue working with them.

I would probably give zero stars. I had to wait for over 20 minutes to get to the teller and finally learn that their printing machine is broken and they cannot issue a cashier's check. Worst place to bank with.

I've been a customer for 21 years here... I got a message regarding a check my credit union sent them (would make sense to just deposit it..) They left me an unintelligible message tot the point I couldn't even look up who the person was to get to their extension. I then tried the branch's phone number 3x/day for 4 days with no answer. I had to call the security center number off the website and hold for 35min. Not good

This bank always seems to be understaffed. Came here on a Saturday around noon and there was only one teller on duty- the others were on break. There was about 7 ppl in line waiting, we stood there for 25 minutes without moving. So painful. Their hours vary sometimes and don't stay open late.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! The absolute worst branch I've ever visited. Twice they've refused to cash checks for me. The first time they said my signature didn't match and then today the teller and the branch manager said the check wasn't wasn't a BOFA issued check which it absolutely was. Both times I visited the alderwood branch on 188th and the checks were cashed with no issues. Do yourself a favor and just go to the alderwood branch.

Bad service today. I come at 9am for service because I going to work after that. Take me 50 minutes just for exchange few thousand usually just 10 minutes. Waste a lot of time. The worst bank I've ever been to. Plenty of people no help with long teller lines daily. Embarrassing
