They have no staff. Seems they only hire staff to open new accounts but once you sign up they ignore you. There was one teller with 10 customers in line this morning. The staff is put in an awful position. This is not their fault, it's upper management who make the big money. The ones who never help a customer. Do Not use Bank of America!!! Worst customer service ever.

I hadn’t had any good service since I got here.Specially this morning, it was toooooo bad. The staffs are working in this branch seem don’t know how to serve their customers. They don’t even care about their customers and their bank as well. I came there this morning, and I had stood in the reception desk for almost an hour without any staffs asking. They walked through and just left me there with no cared. I asked to see their manager after waiting too long and It’s wasted my time because the manager there didn’t even know how to do her job. Things that she did as that time was a teller’s job. It’s disappointing. If they worked and got money from BOA, they should have done well their responsibilities. First of all, the manager should think bout it. Almost bad attitude that the staffs show is coming from the manager attitude. If the manager doesn’t care how to give customers good services, why bankers and tellers need to care? Otherwise, in my opinion, bankers there just do their work and don’t care about customers. They should learn how to take care their customers, because without customers how the bank could make money to pay them?After leaving this place without service, BoA branch located at 188th gave me wonderful service with very respectful.

I would use atm with caution i was using atm the atm asked for cvc code i enterd the screen went blank i tried to cancel then went to next atm some guy ran in did something to atm was not a transaction and ran back out it was way too quick since ive tried to use my card and it now says chip malfunction

A teller gave my parents a fake 100$ bill today. My parents were humiliated twice. once at the store where the bill was determined fake. Once back at the bank when the bill was confiscated by a different teller.Not only were my parents robbed of their money, they were robbed of their dignity. According to BOA policy, nothing could be done.Avoid this company, if you can’t, avoid this location.

Bank of America, yet another low. This branch should be closed it has zero customer service. I feel that the employees must be told to treat everyone as bad as possible because their jobs have no relationship to the number of customers. Less customers means less work and they still get paid the same. I really can't understand how this company can stay in business. I noticed 14 reviews, all one star, this BOA is consistently bad.

Very very Poor customer service. Today around 3pm we was like 7 people waiting one person to come back from her lunch to be able to get service. so we have to wait 40 minutes until she come back after 40 minutes and the was like another 4 employees just walk around do nothing the can even help us . I never see customer service like this in my life. I been there waiting bhargavi 40 minutes to be able to get service. on this place employee they are just useless

Oof there is no manager at this bank.... And it shows...Do not promote the banker who was filling in as manager. She cannot handle the stress. Five people (or customers!) left after being told to wait 40 minutes. At the very least, put up a sign.

Another Bank of America with over 15 people waiting for one teller while other employees chit chat with each other pretending to work while we wait 45min or more. Hire better employees

This place is a joke, came at 10:15am regular business day, Tuesday and it still closed, supposed to be open at 10am, no holiday regular day, no note at the door. Waisted my time like many other people that was at the door awaiting. Don’t go there, don’t waist your time.

I show up to simply cash a bank of America check and am told by security that there is no teller. I must use atm meaning I am unable to cash my check. What do you mean no teller?? My question is why and how do you think this is at all an appropriate way to conduct your business? People rely on you and you don't even care enough to have an employee on present??? UNBELIEVABLE!!!

My impression of this branch started out badly when I realized that their drive thru was not open, so I had to park and go inside in a rainstorm. I went in to pay a credit card bill (my only account here) and there were three other people in line ahead of me. Unfortunately there was only one window open. An employee was sitting in the middle window working on something and the employee to the right of her asked her to help. It never happened. The middle employee seemed to be too preoccupied with whatever it was she was doing to bother with helping the customers. I ended up waiting a lot longer than I should have and I'm sure that the five people behind me were just as annoyed. I've had a credit card with BOA for several years and have considered closing it out. This experience just confirms my decision. Making people wait when there are adequate number of employees to serve them is EXTREMELY bad customer service!

Went in with draw cash 3time within a week waiting 20 minutes each time. They are limit my cash withdraw each time. Its inconvenient for bigger bank like Bank of America.Whom are management this location need to be change.
