The staff are always friendly and one stop banking service. Other banks need appointment for account-related work however Bank of Hope is convenient because it is always open and welcome. Strongly recommended your banking business with Bank of Hope!

We moved our business account from Big bank to bank of hope a few years back & best decision. The lines are short & they always have enough tellers to assist clients & merchant clients. I’d have to wait in line @ another big bank for 20 + mins & w/ one teller working. Frustrating. The Other bank would always say my deposit was short(even after we use our own money counter). Here at bank of hope that never happens! The count is Always spot on. The employees are always very pleasant & smile (even through the face mask). The manager is very helpful & pleasant . Bank of hope offers great promotional rates on CDs as well.

This is my second time posting this review as last on did not post. I want to praise Bank of Hopes long time security guard Reno. There was a man with a very large knife acting menacingly next to the bank and the eye doctor. I came to get the guard along with the eye doctor. The man had this huge silver knife and was swinging it around and acting very threatening scaring many people. The guard quickly responded to the man with the knife. Reno the guard said please put the knife away and the man said no that he would have to be shot first. The guard said please put the knife always so we can talk and the man said no he would not. The guard then took out his wallet and said if I give you $20 cash will you please put the knife away and go get something to eat you look hungry. The man surprisingly said yes and put the knife away, took the $20 and left. I couldn’t believe my eyes. This guard told me he use to be a police officer and had been doing this work many years. His experience showed on this day. I am very happy Bank of Hope employs these guards as Washington is not the place it use to be. Nowhere is safe any longer in this state. This guard was very heroic. I could have never done what he did. That’s all I wanted to say.

I called to check about the 12 Month CD rates which is already published in their website and the customer rep told me she need to get approval from her supervisor first, so she took my contact info. I have no clue to why a supervisor approval is required if it is already advertised in their website. She called me the next day saying it has been approved and I can come to branch. As a returning customer, I thought opening a CD account will be easy since I am already in their database. The customer rep asked me if I already have accounts with other banks. That question was enough reason for me to immediately leave and go to another bank. Is this really a bank? ?

I respect the employees all so much. Despite the pandemic, they all show up, are friendly, fulfill my needs, and are hard workers. I’ve been to other banks for my other bank accounts, but they’re all kind of mediocre.
