Just got done with changing over to BECU and I
Had to deal with A LOT. With refinancing my car loan, changing my credit card debt over and joining BECU and Cynthia was the most kind and informative person to the point I burst out crying. She’s the absolute perfect person to make a stressful situation bearable and easy to understand. She needs to be recognized for the service she gave. Keep her forever this was the best bank experience I’ve ever had!

Made an appointment online a few days before, got seen quickly at around 12:45, and was out after about 30 minutes. Very impressed considering the complicated requests and questions we had made.

Recently had some fraud on my business account and had to get a new card . I was nervous of what the process would be thought it would be very complicated, but Mati took very good care of me . Easy care free will be using BECU for everything banking.

This is a pretty useless location. Do not waste your time.
I went to deposit a check. First their check-in machine was broken so could not get a number. Then instead of checking me in, the front desk person asked to use the atm. When the atm didn’t work, they told me there are no tellers in the branch so they cannot do something as simple as deposit a check.
What a waste of our money!

Customer service has literally become non-existent with this this corporation. They have terrible employees that have no regard for their customers. The corporation itself has been partnering with less than honorable companies that are on par with the crookedness of Walmart.

Came in for a car loan and ended up taking longer than expected, 45 minutes past their close time. But Tony was very helpful, friendly, and gracious throughout the entire process. He explained at each step what was happening and why things were taking as long as they were, managing our expectations very well. We were able to originate the loan in the same visit which was a great surprise as well.Been to this branch a few times, never any problems - pleasant interactions each time. Yes it's busy and you might have to wait, but that should tell you something about how many people choose BECU over the nearby alternatives.
