I'm a thrift store aficionado and never miss a chance to check out a new shop. Couple that with the fact that my career had me in a different city/state every 17.7 days for 24 years and it would be fair to say that I've easily been in over 500 thrift stores. This is hands down my absolute favorite. I've never asked a thrift store for business cards to hand out when people ask me, "OMG, where did you get that top (coat, dress, etc.)?" before but I do with Bella's Voice. Let's start with the fact that it's a non-profit where all proceeds go to support animals in need. Next, the prices are ridiculously good. The items have one of five colored tags. Two are full price, one is 25% off, one 50% off and the last is 75% off. Which color is which changes every Thursday and on Tuesdays, those over 55 years old get 20% off on top of the other discounts. On my last visit (a Wednesday) I purchased five cute tops - one of which still had the new tags on, and a couple of kitchen utensils (a carving fork and a pizza slicer). The total price was $12.13. Lastly, there isn't a store that I go to anywhere - from Macy's to the grocery store, where the friendliness of the staff is better.

great shop, friendly employees, good variety. I highly recommend i will be back undoubtedly! They will also be getting my donations for sure.I'm sick of Goodwill trying to charge $36 for a used tee shirt. independent thrift stores like Bella's voice are the future. thank you for helping improve our community and indeed, the world.

My FAVORITE thrift store ever! It might be small, but the prices are great, and I feel like they tend to get higher quality donations (they sell so fast though.) The staff is usually friendly, too. Besides, you get to support local shelters by shopping here!!

Found a holiday wreath with no price tag that I wanted to buy in December 20023. Asked a sales person to put a price tag on it. She went to the manager, and then came back and told me that they could not put a price tag on it today, but I could come back tomorrow, and there would be one on it. I then asked to speak to the manager who told me that this is "the store's policy, and " if I make an exception for you, I have to make one for everyone. "I told her that I did not agree with this policy and thought it was poor customer service.I added that I shop regularly here and always make cash donations for the cats or dogs. I ended by saying " You just lost a customer."I thought about this afterward and realized I needed to say more, so I'm saying it now...Why wouldn't you make an exception for everyone or anyone? I'm the customer trying to buy something in your store. Isn't it your responsibility to see that all merchandise is priced and marked? Why am I ,the customer, being penalized for your mistake ? Why do I have to come back ? When a tag is missing on your competitor's( Goodwill) merchandise, the manager is called and a tag is put on it immediately so the customer can buy it ! I ask you to change your policy about this . I like your clerks who are friendly ; your merchandise is good; your cause is worthwhile.I just don't like this policy.

Take the fact that 100% of their profits go to help animals right out of the equation because I didn't know that when I stumbled in the door looking for a different business. They had a ton more selection than it looks possible to hold, their prices were stunning and then - get this, they were nice! As I was at the register I asked if they had direct deposit for my checks because... It took me two days to go back. Anyone have a spare wardrobe they want to get rid of? I have a feeling I'm going to need one.

Good selection of clothes at good prices! They also carry some kitchen appliances and dishes. The reason it's not 5 stars for me is the return policy. There are no fitting rooms so you must buy something to try it on, and you have 7 days to return it for in-store credit only - no refunds. Also, check your stuff before buying. I almost left with a jacket that had its zipper partially torn off. That's good practice at any thrift store though.

Wonderful thrift store that has a wonderful cause! I wish more thrift stores were dedicated to charity causes like they were. The donation experience is always pleasant, the employees are always nice, and its just overall a great thrift store!

I really like a store that has a good purpose and this one does. If you have to shop anyhow why not do it in a way that helps animals? I like that they have occasional days that go to help specific animal sanctuaries/rescues, but shopping anytime goes to helping animals. Plus buying 2nd hand is always a good way to help everyone. I usually go to the thrift store, but I have made it into the furniture store once or twice. The parking here is a little complicated, but there are lots of spots in the back, just be careful driving thru the drop off area. Helpful hint, come shop and bring stuff to donate at the same time. I always feel better when feel like I give things I no longer need a chance at a second life. You can also combine this shopping trip with the more expensive thrift store next door. If you are a bargain shopper like me keep an eye on social media for special sales days. If you can bare the crowds 50% off day is amazing. I really like that this store is not massively big, but still holds a ton of treasures. It also doesn't have the terrible smell many thrift stores seem to have. Everything is hung nicely on the clothing racks and things are sorted in a way that makes sense. I always seem to leave with a really nice item or two.

While it's smaller than its competition, Bella's Voice has better prices, better quality items, and it's very very local. I always go here before any other thrift store.

A really affordable thrift store, which is sadly hard to come by now. Great selection and super friendly employees.
