Confused. Hate to be a karen here as I know I was probably very overwhelming but got excited about all the new price promotions other than the lack of nearby locations but it's like you don't even want me to buy a phone. It's 2023 and you can't have phones delivered at the store? I get confused easily but I usually pay pretty well but it seems like a chore to explain everything probably better off without the phone before further issues. Lady was calm helping customer next to me but that almost infuriated me more atleast pretend to kind of care back to the t mobile I go I guess

Elena and Sarah, at the Linwood Blvd store , were very professional and helpful in maximizing my phone upgrade from a Samsung A-32 to an A-54, at a much better price than T-mobile!

Network "down" since Feb 26th ? No way to pay except online or in store. 3 phones over 6 years and I'm done. Hate to have to give a one star but these guys earned it.

I ordered a phone online, boost decided to change my delivery, UPS has no answers as to when it will be delivered. But they were quick to take my money. I was going to give boost a chance and see if they're better than metro, they are not. If I could give a 1/5th star I would. No customer service except "sorry, I don't know". Since they caused an anxiety and panic attack I think I should sue them for emotional distress and the hours I lost at work.

The lady was soooooo rude6/27:2022. Condescending, harshly and rudely greeted me. Was harsh and rude in all tones of voice . Asked me if my phone was unlocked, told her yes. She then said she needed to access my settings for my iPhones if number. I told her I’d write it down . She then said can I just access the settings to verify it’s unlocked. I asked her why she’s calling me a liar. She then began getting argumentative. She’s Spanish speaking maybe Mexican or south American woman.When I voiced that I was upset with the way she was treating me she told me she wasn’t going to help me anymore. Maybe I would have been treated differently if I spoke and was of Spanish descent.Wanted to edit this. I went to the location on 145th in Seattle.TTuan was sooooo helpful. I had just come from the North Lynnwood location on 164th where the lady was so rude and began a fighting argument then refused to help me.I arrived here and waited about 15 minutes while TTuan was helping one of the customers locate their stolen phone. He then helped one of his homeless customers, who smelled objectively terrible and reasonably so.He then helped me and was very calm and answered my questions, explained some stuff and got me set up easily in minutes.Unlike the woman working on 6/27/2022 at the North Lynnwood location on highway 99 and 164ths, TTuan was not rude.And the homeless dude before me smelled so bad his stench remained where he sat several Minutes after left, I had to stand in a different area because it was so repulsive. I still gave their store 5 stars because of the quality of customer service I received.

The lady working today 12/6 is rude and condescending. She interrupts and isn't knowlageable. Went to the one at the the Everett Mall much nicer.
