Robin is the best I came in today looking for DnD stuff and she really helped me find everything themed 💖 I landed up getting a jacket and some other little goodies which I definitely wouldn't have found without her. BoxLunch hold onto her you have a great employee!!!!

I am extremely disappointed in this specific box lunch store location not only did none of the employees even greet my mom or me but the vibes were so horrible unfriendly and unwelcoming, it was just disrespectful and rude my mom and I are never going to set foot into this particular box lunch store ever again. You are guilty of the one unforgivable crime FAILURE

BoxLunch is such a cool store! And the employees were all so nice here! They have a great curated selection and you can tell they put their heart into the products. There's tons of clothes, pins, bags, plushies, cups, and more. There's even a sign for a survey asking ppl what type of merch they want to see. Overall, great variety from a lot of different pop culture things (not all just Disney, there was Pokemon, SpongeBob, Peanuts, etc). Will definitely be back!

Horrible experience online, chatted with a support person who was unhelpful and said I couldn't use my new coupon code for new sign up with email. He said it didn't apply to exclusive products, which was not expressed in the fine print.

I absolutely love this store. They have tons of pop culture merchandise. They are sisters with Hot Topic so have similar stuff but honestly usually their stuff is better. One employee, Masa, is always super friendly and helpful. You can tell he's passionate about the merchandise - or at least about Disney and I appreciate that. The blue haired manager is less nice - usually has a look of annoyance on her face but will still help you occasionally.

If you love branded merch - especially Disney, Sanrio, Studio Ghibli, Nintendo, and Japanese anime shows - then this store is for you! My kids love going here.There is jewelry, apparel, home goods, tchotchke figurines, snacks, toys, purses and other random things… The clothes are sized for adults, although they have a few things for babies (onesies, etc).Sometimes they have sales so if you’re into their vibe, keep your eyes peeled! ?(This location is in Lynnwood’s Alderwood Mall, across from Sephora.)
