They took my car early, and fixed it so quick! Picked up my car the next day for electrical issues and a removal of a heat shield. The workers are kind and knowledgeable, shanes explanation of the diagnosis was easy to understand. I will definitely go back if i have a problem with my car.

My family and I have always been treated so well here at Brett’s. We’ve been loyal customers for over 10 years. I’ve personally moved a couple cities away, and still happily make the commute to Brett’s for any maintenance or repairs. Recent ownership changes may seem intimidating but their team has stayed consistent and strong. They’re communicative and trustworthy and have never gave me a reason to think or feel otherwise. I hope to continue another 10 years of service here at Brett’s Auto Repair.

I never write reviews unless a shop truly deserves it, and if I later see bad service, I remove my review because I don’t want others to be misled. But George, the owner of Brett Auto Repair truly earned this one.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would for Brett Auto Repair Shop!
I have an older car that I love like a beloved pet 😉, so I really wanted to find someone trustworthy to take good care of it. I went through a very frustrating time dealing with unprofessional shops that tried to fix things but only made more problems. For five months straight, I was in and out of different shops trying to fix an oil leak — until new codes started appearing. I completely lost trust in all the shops that friends had recommended… until I found Brett Auto.
By pure luck, I met George, the owner, when I accidentally stopped by his shop while lost. Thanks to his professionalism and expertise, my car is finally in good hands! He not only fixed the problems but also gave me clear guidance on future maintenance. George is quick to resolve if any issue after service and always shows great responsibility and knowledge.
I’m truly grateful to have found this shop. Thank you, George! You really deserve 5 stars — and more! 🌟

Bret's Auto Repair exceded our expectations and beyond. We are so happy to have taken a chance to try out this local mechanic business instead of our dealership for our car emergency. After having our Outback towed to their shop, George helped us throughout the entire process of diagnosing the problem and communicating with us every step of the way. We were shocked to hear from this team that our recent service visit to our dealership did not address our car issue, and charged us a huge premium to have other aspects of the car fixed. Bret's Auto Repair team clearly stated the main issues with the car, and were very transparent about the costs. We were already pleased with this experience.
The following day after taking our car home, we encountered another issue that was unrelated to our previous issue that their team fixed. We contacted Bret''s Auto Repair team again and they were extremely accomodating, offering to check out the car again, and finding that there was another issue related to the battery that the dealership did not address at the last service. They then kept our car to work on it, and charged us extremely fair for our troubles. We couldn't be more thankful for Bret's Auto Repair for providing the best care for our vehicle and customer service.
I'd advise anyone to check out Bret's Auto Repair for any issues regarding their Subarus before going to their dealership! They will be upfront and transparent, as well as communicate with you the whole way through!

Took my car into Bret's auto repair for a concern yesterday. It was something simple. I also needed a new drive belt and transmission fluid changed. George and Jack made sure my car was ready the same day, so I can be ready for my upcoming road trip. Will definitely be going back for any other car repairs I'll have.

I worked with George on a wiring issue and carbonation issue in my car. He was super kind, professional and got both of the repairs done in a day. 10/10 great service, staff and smarts! Definitely recommend to anyone having car problems!

I took my Mom's car, ( now mine) to Brets Auto repair. I had to have a new key made at the Acura dealer, and they told me my radiator had a small leak and gave me a estimate of $1,800. George took a look at it, and showed me a small 1/4 scratch at the top of my radiator. Then he reset my click and the service light. I will always have my car serviced at Brets Auto Repair, thanks George and staff.
