The staff at KinderCare have been great! They have been very responsive when we bring up needs for our son and we love getting to see pictures of his day. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and it looks like there are fun activities that happen. The reason I'm leaving three stars is because the infant room is closed so frequently. We've been at KinderCare since November and have had to find alternative care so many times. I think everyone is doing the best they can, but it is hugely inconvenient when this happens so often. The infant room frequently seems to be the first one closed due to staffing shortages. I get that this makes sense from logistical standpoint as it displaces the fewest families, but when you are one of the families getting displaced over and over again, it can make things really challenging. If you need consistently available care/don't have much flexibility with work, I don't know that this would be a good fit for your family. I'm hopeful that things will get better soon now that we're getting out of cold season, or that some sort of substitute plan could be put into place.

Our son has been at Brier Kindercare for a few months, started at 5 months of age. He receives great care in the infant room. Ashley, the Center Director, is very repsonsive and communicative. All the staff is friendly. Even the teachers that aren't in the infant room know our son's name and greet him as we arrive and leave each day.

We absolutely love KinderCare Brier! We first got in while awaiting to get in to another daycare in n Seattle, closer to where we work... we enjoyed the staff and all the other families so much we don’t ever want to switch!!! Everyone does a great job at helping the babies and kiddos learn, grow and be super kind and respectful to others. We will for sure be enrolling all of our future little ones here!

Words can't describe how much I love and appreciate this place. First, the Director, Ashley, is very responsive and on top of issues. She is easy to talk to when approaching an issue, she is open minded, listens and tries to problem solve by coming to a common ground. She is involved with each classroom and teacher, and very much aware of what is going on (not just sitting in office). She holds monthly Parent Point-of-View night which is an opportunity for parents to become updated on news/changes and voice their opinion. Mr. Cohle, as the Assistant Director, is wonderful too! He is engaged, hard working, addresses issues, truly cares about the center and the kids. I am very confident in his leadership skills and ensuring the center is safe at all times. My son has had many teachers and I have never encountered anything negative, as they all have been great! However, there is one VERY special one to my family, her name is Ms. Cerrisa. I can't say enough great things about her! She follows the curriculum but also teaches kids about life. She is great at disciplining and teaching kids the cause/effect of their words, actions. She is energetic, fun, always pleasant and has a huge heart! My son looks forward to going to school b/c of Ms. Cerrisa. When she isn't there, his demeanor is very different. She goes above and beyond her job, putting in extra time and effort to make things special for the kids. She is upfront and keeps open communication. I could go on-and-on speaking very highly about Ms. Cerrisa...there aren't enough positive words to describe how great she is and what she means to my son and I. She will be forever in hearts and grateful for her! She's a true blessing and angel to my family!

We have been at this KinderCare for over 5 years and I am so thankful that my children have had the opportunity to experience such an enriching and loving environment. The staff are very caring towards the children and create a safe and positive experience for them. My children have received an excellent education as well. The center director, Ashley, has always been willing to listen, receive feedback, and partner with me when I think my kids need extra attention during certain periods of their development. The center holds fun events like Valentine cookie decorating, fall/Halloween festival, and decorating ornaments at Christmas where the entire family can join in and this makes it even more special to feel like you are a part of the KinderCare family. My son recently moved on to Kindergarten and I was incredibly sad knowing he wouldn't be attending KinderCare anymore. My daughter will attend for a couple more years, but I know when she moves on it will be so hard to say goodbye.Overall our experience has been amazing here and I cannot say enough good things about the center and its staff.

Walked in for a tour, no one seemed to be around. Needed part time care, but they only have openings for 2 days a week that aren't the days we need. Dunno who they alledge to provide service for but it certainly isnt working families.

Scheduled a tour with their director Ashley to get our 12-months old enrolled and we arrived 10 minutes early and the staff was all surprised that we were there. They had to call Ashley and see where she's at and finally informed us that she's having a car problem and had to re-schedule us. Seriously??!! My husband and I both took time off for the tour and would be appreciated if a call/text/email was given. Staff told us that Ashley would follow up next week and it's been almost a week pass by and we have not got any emails/calls from her at all. Very unprofessional!
