Bad service👎 I arrived an hour before closing time. The lady was working for one person, and another was waiting. She told me she was very busy. I asked her approximately how long I should wait, and she rudely told me she didn't know. So I decided to leave.

Nipa is amazing! She’s super friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. Her attention to detail is impressive—my brows always come out looking clean, natural, and perfectly shaped. I got my face waxed at the location by the JCPenney in alderwood. She peeled off my skin. I have been crying in pain and applying hydrocortisone and lidocaine on my face. EVEN Aloe Vera is burning really bad. She also dropped wax on my hair that I had to come home and take care of. I had a party tonight that I was getting my face waxed for which I couldn’t go to. They ruined my face.
Last year I stopped going here because I got my face cut when I got my face threaded couple of times, which is why I asked for wax because I didn’t want to cut my face, but THIS IS WORSE. It’s been 6 hours and my face is still burning.

Nipa did my brows and she’s amazing , I didn’t feel much pain and she was gentle and did the brows the way I wanted . Everyone in Alderwood outside location is so nice and listen to customers.

Harsh & aggressive. Rude comments to upsell additional services, desperate for the commission - know they work off commission because it was a full conversation among the three employees as we were in the chair.

I took so long to grow my eyebrows out for an event. I came in to get my eyebrows done and the lady literally made them sooo thin without even asking if that’s what I wanted. It looks horrible!! So evil. I’m seriously crying right now. Thanks for ruining my day. I’m never coming here again!
