I'm giving buckle a two-star review for their service. I would highly recommend your employees don't judge a book by its cover. Last week I went in bought a few things before Christmas. I was treated completely different, The only difference was I wasn't wearing my work clothes. I also wasn't wearing Crocs super comfortable especially after a hard day's work on the job site. Anyway how I felt coming into your store nobody should feel that way. I should feel like a valued customer no matter what I'm wearing! Cuz you never know The guy that looks for might be the richest guy in the room ? still a great night at the mall, I got my new Rolex 1908 amazing purchase! I also got my wife some cute stuff from Victoria's secret. I may come back this weekend and if I get the same treatment I can assure you I'll never shop there again.

Hannah was an amazing assistant. After spending full day searching, we left the store with a great product. This store was the last stop and I had not heard of the store name. Despite the store hours coming closer to closure, pleasant smile did not leave Hannah and she offered to select a few recommendations after hearing our needs. She fetched several (one of which we bought and received much compliments by peers afterwards).Her generosity was shown in bringing out from storage clothing that were not yet on display. Winter season clothing were what we were looking for.She kindly returned the ones that we decided not to buy. I plan to come back to the store because Hannah has left such an impression on me about the store in general. I am curious what the store offers and the style is very casual yet edgy different from H&M which I like.If I could tell the manager, I'd like for Hannah to be promoted for her excellent customer service and the promptness in understanding customers needs.

Alison is such a queen. I went in just to look around and she was very sweet and pulled out some shorts in my size without even asking. She even got my size right!! I had been thinking about buying shorts my next trip to the mall so it’s like she read my mind. Great work Alison, love the effort you put in and for going above and beyond!!!

Just moved to US & bought my first jeans from Buckle Alderwood mall Washington location yesterday. Sales person Madison was amazing, she really didn’t give up until she found me the right jeans for me. I must of tried 10 of them. Excellent customer service & this place will be my go to. Thank you for all the friendly staff there.

If I could give a no star review, I would. Having been to and purchased from this store often, the last couple times I haven't been able to buy anything. It's not because I have no money, but only because I haven't received any help. My most current experience today I stood at the watches case looking to buy one of the watches in the case. This is by the register of course where 3 employees found a chat more appealing. One of these was the manager of the store. This is the second time I tried for a watch here in a month. Also wanted to buy some new swim shorts for the season coming but nobody could be bothered to help as my wife and I stood staring for help. Some may say I could ask someone for help but in a commission environment I'm not going to self checkout for you. Many others were greeted around and as we started to walk out of the store an employee walked toward us and then walked away with no comment.

Let me start by saying I have been a long time customer at Buckle and up until this incident have always loved their company. I placed an order online for 3 pairs of jeans totaling $280. Before I placed it, I logged into my account to make sure the address that was on there was correct because I'd moved about 6 months ago. It was still showing my old address, so I easily changed it. Logged out and back in to make absolutely sure it was changed and it was, so I went ahead and placed the order. The next week I receive an email that my package was delivered, but it was no where to be found. I waited a few days to see if it showed up and it never did. At this point I started checking into the tracking information to see where it was delivered to. Turns out they sent it to the old address. I contacted the leasing office for that apartment complex, assuming they would have the package and sent it back, but they said they never saw it. They contacted the resident in the apartment to which it was delivered, but they claim they never received it. Now I get ahold of Buckle. They tell me that they can see that my address on my account is my correct address, yet they can't explain why it was sent to my old address other than a glitch since that's where my previous orders had been shipped and that they "have no policy in place for orders not received"... I explained that the problem was on their end and I assumed that they would be apologetic and send out the items again asap... I couldn't have been more wrong. They weren't willing to do anything at all. They told me if it was stolen then I should file a police report. It wasn't stolen, they didn't ship it to the address on my account, yet they will not refund my money nor will they sent out my items to the correct address. I am so disappointed because I have never dealt with a company who was willing to take literally zero responsibility for their own mistake, at a customers expense. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that one would call me back the next day. 3 days later and I still heard nothing, so I call again and was told that someone would get to it when they get to it and I'm to "wait it out"... are you kidding me?? They made the mistake and yet I'm the one who's being put out. I can't believe what poor customer service they provide. That's absolutely pathetic. I'm incredibly disappointed in this company.

The sales people here are so aggressive. I love their jeans for the comfort and styles, but the last time I was there I went to try on one pair of jeans and the employee threw SIX more pairs at me before I could even exit the changing rooms.Definitely going to buy clothes from there as they're high quality and comfortable, but I unfortunately will not be able to shop in peace. Pretty annoying unfortunately.

This store hasn't changed since we first visited in 2007. Very overpriced for the quality and or same products at other stores. The bedazzled jeans take you back to 2001.
