A much cleaner, organized, and tidy location than most! Lots of clearance items left from end of season selection, such as .69c for a 3-pk of wine bottle gift bags, $1.69 for a 2-pk of holiday wrapping paper. Small selection of furniture like office chairs, barstools, shelves, and organizers. Lower prices than competitor discount retail stores. Cashier was quick, efficient, and cordial enough. I was definitely pleasantly surprised by the condition of the shelves and racks considering the volume of shoppers this location has - kudos!

Not everyone w/ a stroller is stealing. I was definitely made to feel that way, however. I clearly couldn’t push a cart while pushing a stroller so I held my items in my hands. I was followed or “bumped into” a lot of employees, yet never greeted . My kids were pretty decent until checkout. I had an e-gift card. When they said it wouldn’t scan they called the manager. So I thought it would then be resolved. Nope. She said “yea especially not this high of amount” Okayyyyy that made me feel like I’m a scammer. the employee kept saying “she has discount but it won’t scan” Maybe that’s their terminology but the whole thing was off putting and made me feel even worse. With my two littles getting restless I left without my items. If they would have typed in the GC and pin it would have worked. FYI.I later went to Edmonds where they have less items, but staff is friendly. I transferred the gift card to my apple wallet to hopefully make it easier. They had NO issues scanning the barcode. I thought about going back to Lynnwood, but what’s the point they will just look at me like I’m some damn thief. No thanks.

The manager store is very rude, every time we go shopping there me and my wife we see racism particularly from the Manager. She looking to us like what are you doing her. Will never go back again. Edmonds store is much better and it is our shopping store.

Please update your hours on google. Clearly the store closes at 10:00pm everyday not 11:00pm. It is not professional to get abruptly notified to leave the store.

Even though this has more stuff, you should go to the Everett location. Fitting rooms are always closed and the checkout line is roughly 10-15 minutes with only one employee working.

Having recently visited Burlington Coat Factory, I found my experience to be somewhat satisfactory. While the store offered a decent selection of products, it fell short in terms of variety when compared to other cities in the USA.One of the main drawbacks I noticed was the limited variety of items available. While Burlington Coat Factory is known for its affordable clothing options, I couldn't help but feel that the range of choices was narrower than what I had come to expect. Compared to other cities I've visited, where the store featured a wider array of styles, sizes, and brands, I found the selection at this particular location to be somewhat lacking.Despite the limited variety, there were still some positives to highlight. The store maintained a neat and organized layout, making it relatively easy to navigate through the different sections. The staff members were generally helpful and attentive, which added to the overall shopping experience. Additionally, I did appreciate the competitive pricing that Burlington Coat Factory is known for, allowing customers to find affordable options for clothing and other items. While the limited variety was a disappointment, it is worth noting that different locations may have varying stock based on local demand and preferences. It's possible that other Burlington Coat Factory stores in different cities offer a more extensive range of products.

Let’s start with the positives, the store is clean and pretty organized. But very little selection! It’s pretty bare, maybe that’s why it’s so clean and organized lol. My cashier was not friendly, I greeted her with no response back…I really don’t expect employees to go above and beyond or even have conversation because let’s face it, everywhere is short staffed. But being courteous and having simple basic customer service would be appreciated. With that being said, the Everett location is probably the best. With a lot more selection and good customer service.

Great prices but I've been waiting outside the store with a line of people after the store has opened and they won't let anyone in. The guy came out and said I'm waiting for more employees. Super weird and bad for business. People are leaving.

The fitting rooms are only open on Saturdays and Sundays because of staffing problems. You wouldn’t have a staff shortage if you paid your workers a wage they can survive on

They have some crazy good deals on clothes and various other things... If you can find something that's not stained or broken.

Google maps said they close at 11pm so my lady and I headed there to get something last minute for an occasion. The manager or supervisor working on Tuesday evening was very unprofessional and quite unsympathetic and insisted they were already closed and it was only 10:05pm. She may require some additional brand standard training in my opinion.0 stars wasn't an option .

I come in to browse and often come out with a bag or two of stuff I didn't know I needed. I like shopping this area though the traffic gets really bad later in the day so get there early. There are a lot of great stores near by so plan a few stops. No signs of the walking dead so night shopping might be safe but I have seen signs they have been in the area so keep some protection handy just in case.
