The customer service here is the best I ever seen. Also, he allowed me to see everything he was doing while he worked. That made me feel safer about my privacy. Other places work behind a wall so you have no clue what they are doing with your phone. If I have to have another phone repaired, I'll be coming back here absolutely.

This places is great. A little hard to find because they do not have a storefront, but its worth the little extra effort.
I had a Galaxy Note 10 that had been working fine for months until I had to take it out of its case temporarily and the back exploded off with a badly bulging battery (the case had obviously been holding it together)
I did a quick google search and found Cell Phone Lab was near me. I took the phone in and the battery was replaced, the back put on and resealed in a little more than an hour and phone works and looks great.
The price was in line with what my google searches for battery replacements came up with.
I highly recommend checking out Cell Phone Lab.

Fantastic! Apple wanted $560 to fix my phone, and even after the fix my phone would be forever out of warranty. These guys did it for $170! Very fast too

Jay was amazing to work with. He fixed my daughter’s iPad that had a piece of the charger broken off into the charging port. He gave me a quote over the phone and told me the work could be done in just a couple of hours. I dropped it off and his shop was very clean and well equipped. When I picked up the iPad it looked brand new. In addition to fixing the charging port, he cleaned it and gave me a new screen guard. His customer service is amazing! I will be coming back for any iPad or phone issues I have in the future. Highly recommend Jay’s work!

It took almost a year until Jay fixed my phone which had been run over random cars. My phone was in a terrible condition (even Jay told me that it was one of the worst or second worst he had even seen). But it was worth it to wait! He completely restored my baby pictures from its born. I can’t thank him enough! Thanks so so much for bringing those precious memories back Jay!!!

Jay is amazing literally a tech wiz, a real life tony stark!!!!! haha. I had a broken iPhone 12 which was severely damaged half the screen was black due to the damaged pixels as well as the backside being cracked too. I really wished I got some pics of the before and after because it literally looks like I got a brand new phone. Jay did an amazing job and I highly recommend him if you need your phone, or tablet fixed!!!!
