Charles Schwab is simply one of the most sleazy trading brokerages to admit they are having a trading platform issue. Having 3 accounts with Schwab, I have discovered a corporation scheme of lying to their customers of their trading platform outages. What is so disgusting is Schwab's attempt of an outage to communicate then the real truth to their customers. It is their sleazy act of denial. Schwab's support staff will lie to your face on the phone or via online support.

Poor customer service. I tried to make an appointment, received a voicemail, called back again but never had any follow up. I was basically told over voicemail to go online and do everything myself. What's the point of having brick & mortar locations if they don't want to help you? Considering moving my money, I am so disappointed.

The employees of this branch of Schwab represent the company well. They offer everything you would expect from a retail brokerage office, including free coffee, etc while you watch the ticker or the tv. Also host free seminars on many interesting topics, such as investing, retirement planning, and wealth management.

Every time i have interacted with Schwab the courtesy, professionalism and service has been superb. Although I rarely have occasion to visit the office in-person, when I do everyone is friendly, well dressed, the big screen TV has CNBC going, and free coffee. Love it. Schwabs electronic year end statements aand integration into tax software is a real plus too. Pricing might be a bit higher than competitors, but the service is well worth it. Definitely a life-long customer. Keep it up Schwab!
