We drive farther to come here because the pharmacist and her staff are awesome! She's always so helpful when I call with questions about my medications as well. There were staffing issues as a couple of employees had to move out of state but those are resolved now. Lauren and Anthony have always been super helpful!

I won't visit this location again. They staffed one person to stock the floor, greet everyone, and be at the register. The register is now ONE self checkout station. There is no where to set your items and you can't put bags in the bagging area because the sensor reads it as unscanned merch. It was slow and clunky. The One Person had to stop helping other people twice to fix the self checkout. Self checkout in this setting is just a bad idea. The store is being reconfigured so it's difficult to navigate. CVS should get 4 people in over a couple days to quickly take care of redesigning and restocking. I do appreciate that they now carry cpap supplies. CVS, please support your staff and don't make your customers check themselves out.

Why the one star? I've been a CVS Pharmacy customer for 8 years. Their MinuteClinic affiliation is suspect and should not be used under most circumstances. Specifically do not use their virtual care option. It's expensive and you would be better served at a nearby urgent care office affiliated with Virginia Mason, Swedish or UW Physicians. CVS & Minute Clinic claim they can refill your prescriptions vis a vis their video visit. This isn't the case. They should advertise and clearly state what prescriptions can be filled or not. So CVS ".......nah, nah, nah, hey hey, hey, goodbye".

On 03/26/22, I came into this store for the first time to pick up my prescriptions. It was only later, when I got home, that I discovered that my Carvedilol 20 MG (a 90m day supply), was actually 40 MG. The following weekend 04/02/22, I returned with all of the containers still sealed and the meds unused. I then asked the Pharmacy clerk, "Lauren" to exchange them for the correct dosage. When she brought up the prescription that had been sent in by my doctor's office, it was discovered that there had been an error on my doctor's side of things. I was then informed that because this error had not originated with her, that I could not exchange what I had for the correct medication. My only option, she told me (twice) was to throw away what I had, and then, once the error had been rectified, to buy the correct medication (making me pay twice). No refund was suggested, nor were any emergency supplies ever offered until I myself suggested the idea. As it happened, I still had enough to see myself through the weekend, so that in the end, this was not needed. In fairness, the only thing that Lauren did as far as providing "customer service" was concerned (other than worrying that she bore any responsibility) was to promise to send a message to my Doctor requesting a change. Overall, I was given the impression that she had no concern whatsoever about me as a customer (or a human being), or that she gave a fig about the inconvenience of my having to come back to the store a third time, much less my having to pay for a second 90-day supply. Nor was I entirely certain that Lauren would actually follow through with her promise to contact my doctor's office. After all, why should she? I didn't matter. Towards that end, when I returned home, I called the after-hours number of my physician and left my own message with the answering service. Simply put, and speaking as a brand-new customer, I was not impressed. Lauren was cold, unreasonable, unwilling to really help, and a very poor ambassador where it concerned CVS.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE They do not fill prescriptions until you arrive. I had my order sent in at 10am, I showed up at 3:30pm and they told me it'd be 20 minutes. The guy in front of me had his sent in the day before, they told him 20 minutes. The head pharmacist is a wretchedly cold individual who sees customers as a nuisance. The pharmacy techs are all very nice, but she's AWFUL. Someone needs to visit from corporate and teach her how to talk to people, better yet just replace her. I'm never having my prescriptions sent here again.

Sat on hold with the pharmacy for 15 minutes only to have someone answer the phone and put me back on hold. Been trying to ask the pharmacy a question for two days now, been on hold multiple times for 20-45 minutes until I gave up and hung up. Will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

Called. Called again after being on hold for while. Went in. Didn't want to. Horrible customer service via phone and in person. The kiddos behind the register are... kiddos. They just lack experience for problem solving. Like others posted before me, this place can be a headache. I now dread coming here if I have to and will avoid if I can.

I went to this store to purchase 2 items. I had a offer from Venmo saying i could Pay trough QR code Venmo .. cashier told me didn't work, so had to pay different method, I told him, why?! I already got an email confirming the purchase and it actually worked, he insisted didn't work. I had to pay with my credit card, by Monday two charges were not on pending payment anymore, they charged me twice!!!! On my credit card and Venmo linked to my personal bank account! Tuesday morning went back to CVS asking for the refund of one of them, the girl who "helped me" was so rude and unprofessional, with so despective way to talk towards me, what kind of costumer service you give to the public?! So, she disappear for about 15/20 minutes that had to wait. when she came back I was trying to explain once again how happened and just wanted my refund because I got charge twice and was showing her! But she was all the time rude, she started yelling at me that anything else could do than wait for one of the charges dissapear, I told her why wait here are the proofs not in pending payment anymore! Are you kidding me?! Worst experience, no brain. How they are not gonna know in this situation?!! Not recommend cvs anymore! Still haven't got my money back!

I was there looking for something, I searched but I didn't find it :) expectation was vice versa, still bought few other things, why I'm writing is because of two employees over there, the gentleman "JASON "and the lady "OCEAN". Super nice people willing to help, positive attitudes or you can say best customer service from two employees. I like to add that management should take one step more to include other products of daily use to their inventory, at last it's a business and once you return a customer for any reason you lose a business and a potential buyer. I can talk one hour on this topic but I will just leave and recommend for Managers to study strategic marketing.

Excellent customer service in this store. They've always gone out of their way to help with anything that I need, including ordering something that they don't have enough of in stock and I go in and pick it up. Always greeted with a smile and good conversation. Excellent work! I love this store! Great!!!

I'm not really sure how to rate a pharmacy since I don't really go to one other than maybe once every 3-4 years? I would say I had to wait a good 30 minutes for my prescription but I think that's about the average wait time? Oh actually I just remembered I need to dock one star... The first guy that helped me at the counter was kind of odd, kind of rude, and just not pleasant to deal with. He was getting my information and asking me question repetitively and I just felt super fed up. I even asked him multiple times that I need to know if this will be covered by my health insurance because I won't be able to pay for it out of pocket. Eventually, I think he had to use the restroom or something and the head pharmacist called me up for a quick chat verifying my information and he was a lot more pleasant to speak with! He reassured me that the wait won't be much longer and YES my insurance will be covering it! Oh joy, thanks.

Being forced to come here because my prescription insurance won't cover one of my medications unless it's through a CVS Pharmacy. This is absolute B******* and a conspiracy between the insurance and CVS. While the service was great, this is a 1 star review and will forever remain as such due to this BS.
