Very generous large corporation, which is the chemistry that will help a lot of struggling or just frugal people and build brand loyalty and a sense of wanting to pay back a corporation with support. The regularly email coupons for $4 off entire purchase or something similar, such as a 35% off coupon printed on the receipt.

The young woman in the pharmacy literally hung up on me the moment the call went through after I waited and waited for someone to pick up. Rude and unprofessional.
Thankfully the young man who answered was very helpful and polite.

This pharmacy is one of the worst Ive ever been too. Waited over an hour for them to fill ab Epi-Pen Prescription. Kept saying 15 minutes when it was not 15 minutes. Cant imagine how long filling a normal prescription takes.

I went here for my DOT physical. I was able to schedule an appointment on a Saturday so didn't need to take time off work. There was no waiting. I've been getting these physicals for over 20 years and this was very much in line with the others I've had. Service was professional and courteous. Would go again.

I went for my physical checkup and some blood test—first time at this location. I was happy to say my experience was great.I arrived early, was checked in early, and both Ms. Katerina and Rudy/Rody(?) were extremely helpful, providing a quick and pleasant experience. I was in-and-out within 20 minutes or so; all the while we were chatting, asking/answering questions, and just going about the time with ease.I will be returning to this location next year for my annual. I hope to see these two—if not, I hope they are doing better. Give them raises, yeah? I recommend this place for anyone doing their physical, at least. ??

Well the information on this page regarding their hours are wrong so I showed up after they closed to pick up my prescription. I was told it would be done by 6pm but it wasn't until the next day about noon. That was a full 24 hours. I wouldn't care as much but this is the second time I tried to have a prescription filled here. The service was not too rude just curt I couldn't even get a word in and both times I came here they were rude I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt they are also so close to hwy 99 so I can't imagine the people they see. However that shouldn't mean I in turn get Cappy service.

Very polite people. However when I showed up early for my vaccine appointment there was a sign saying checkin online, but no website provided either in The store or by the email sent from the store. I was eventually able to get an employee to check me in. Then I was told that though I had an appointment there was a long line and at least a 20 minute wait. I could not shop while waiting, I had to wait in a line by their consultation room. Not well organized. I felt like though I made an appointment my time was not respected in Any way. Also though I was early for my checkin it was my appointment time by the time I was able to get an employee to check me in.

This place is sooooo much better then the Walgreens I was using down the road from them. I used to have to wait hours to get my meds at the Walgreens and there would always be some excuse. Even if I called them everyday for 3 days ahead to make sure my prescription would be ready when I would have to leave for a vacation I would still get there and be told it's not ready. That and they actually got so bad to the point they were not even counting pills right and still took more then 48 hours to rectify the situation. CVS even found me discounts without me asking and it ended up being about 40 percent cheaper as well. This place so far is amazing compared to what I'm used to. Thanka for actually being professionals.

This location has a habit of price manipulating to deceive customers. Stocking expensive items in lower priced bins and hoping customers don't notice.

Pharmacy Tech was friendly and prompt. I was offer a consultation with a Pharmacist. Much better service than the CVS Target in Lynnwood.

We needed to find a specific part for a CPAP machine on a Sunday morning. We called around and learned that CVS actually carries CPAP supplies. We had to go to 2 different stores. Jennica at the Hwy 99, Lynnwood store went out of her way to make sure we got the necessary part. We are so grateful!
