I am extremely disappointed with this pharmacy. Not only do they lack any sense of urgency and fail to notify/follow up with my healthcare provider, but they also overcharge for generic medications. I've had to call repeatedly, and my healthcare provider has also had to contact them multiple times, just to get the simplest things done. It's frustrating, unprofessional, and unfair. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for reliable service or fair pricing.

The staff is nice and helpful, but this CVS doesn’t carry Claritin-D, the basics of spring time needs for this with springtime allergies. They said other stores carry it, just not theirs. So I drove here for nothing.

I only had to go there cause I had to. Never really was a fan of CVS pharmacy. Although I think they’re better than the Walgreens up here.

I asked if they used my insurance for my prescription. The guy literally said "I don't know" and walked away. I asked the pharmacist lady a question about my medication, she mumbled an answer, then walked away. I'm not asking for much, just give me my prescription, use my insurance, and make sure I take the medicine correctly so I don't die...

The woman at this pharmacy is the rudest person ever, she's not suited to work in customer service. She doesn't want to help, and doesn't let you speak, keeps repeating the same phrase again and again even if you're asking something different. This has happened many times already to me and my husband. Last time she insisted that I didn't have more refills in my prescription even when my doctor said I did, turned out she was looking at an old prescription and never realized that this was a new one until I started to understand what was going on and explained it to the other person that works there, and he was actually able to help me. Now, it's happening again with my husband's prescription, she doesn't want to help, even when he's gotten a text saying that his prescription is ready, she is insisting that the system has a glitch and the text is wrong, and she says we need to call the pharmacy to confirm before coming, what is the purpose of their reminder system then?. Looking at the app, he has 2 different prescriptions, so I'm wondering if it's the same problem, she's not even looking at the right prescription. It's like talking to the wall, she just doesn't listen, she's so rude she started talking to the next person in line even when I was still asking her questions.

I've had consistently negative experiences at this CVS, mainly encountering a pharmacist named Mary who seems overwhelmed or uninterested in her job. After my last prescription, I've decided not to go there again.

How are they still open? When asked about a very common medication, CVS Pharmacy has told me, "We don't have it in stock and it comes in whenever. We don't know when our orders come in." What? If you don't know then who does? Shipping is not magic.
