This store has tons of shoes! Kids, Youth, Men, and Women. I never visit this store without finding exactly the shoe I came looking for. Sometimes even an improptu smart buy! I always find my size which is very popular, 8.5 or 9. You try on the shoe right there and can walk a long way down the isles to be sure the shoe is comfy. The prices are comparable to or better than Amazon. It is neatly laid out in long rows grouped in type of shoe for men or women. There is a clearance rack in the back, so check it out! (also a restroom for patrons). I also appreciate the numerous "little things" available to purchase in the check out row - socks of every kind, eyeglass holders, foot creams, lots of interesting stuff that you can buy for yourself or some unique gifts! There is always parking spots available right outside and it has a huge covered entrance just north of Best Buy. Better yet, order online for pick up in the store - usually available same day!

They have a pretty good selection of shoes. But if they had some Jordans or some good air forces they'd be even better lol

Horrible customer service- We are a DSW VIP member. We liked a running shoe at this store which had only one pair in the color we wanted. This pair was soiled both at the back and the sides. The customer rep at the cashier was point blank rude and refused to acknowledge and said some damage is expected by default so we decided to take our business due to the subpar customer experience.

Store is closed until further notice with no instructions on how I can pickup my shoes(for work) that were delivered to the store, extremely frustrating!!

Zero customer service, they only put out one shoe so they need go to the back to get the other half, Which I 100% understand. They kept telling me they didn’t have my size, and refused to check the back, even though they would have gone to the back to get the other half of the boot I was going to buy if they didn’t have the size of the one I actually wanted that was not in the sales floor. The boot I was looking for is available online for in store pick up right away at that store. I should of became a Karen and made her day as bad as she made mine by leaving without my boots I wanted. Lost a customer for life.

I always find what I need super fast and at good price. Alyssa even caught there were discounts that had not been applied. The transaction was super smooth and it made my day to get to splurge without breaking the bank.
