“So I had a couple of experiences with these guys in the last few months. 1st time I had an external portable drive freeze up on me. So I took it in. I had Will helping me and he tried to save the data. To no avail. It was history. However he said he was ONLY going to charge me if he could “save the data”. Which I thought was a unique and awesome policy and gesture and very welcomed ! Then today, I brought him my broken laptop and they were able to save the data off the hard drive and load it onto a thumb drive!! The tech (Morris) called me to review the work needed in detail before he began it, and he was friendly as well as incredibly knowledgeable.
