I intended to stay for a few weeks but left after one night in this appalling facility. Everything looked and smelled dirty, the bathroom sink was partly blocked, there was one round of hard soap, you had to ask for a plastic container of a few dishes, you had to ask for dish soap, towels, etc. The sheets had obviously been washed but still had stains. I was assured my room card would let me back in after hours, but I was locked out at 5 AM as was a man who had gone out to smoke a cigarette, in 40 degree weather and pitch darkness, until a resident who was leaving let us back in. Literally the worst place I've ever stayed in.

We've done two stints at their Lynnwood location and have found it to be quite refreshing. We've had amazing encounters with several of the housekeeping & front desk staff. Joan is personable & kind. The manager, Kendall, is very nice unless you allow stupidity to take over the not so common "common sense." There are affordable weekly rates with great amenities. It's worth checking out on your way through or while tending to business or pleasure.Rooms: Has stoves in room. They also have basic utensils available for use. Pans, strainer, dining ware, cups, plates, bowls, etc.Nearby activities: Alderwood Mall in walking distance. Several strip malls a short walk away as well as restaurants, Costco, and Fred Meyer's.Safety: Magnetic key pass for all entries & rooms. Camera surveillance to keep guests safe.

The refrigerator kept making clunking sounds the whole time, and the two rooms next to me both had dogs that kept barking at each other all night and the staff did nothing about it.

I have 2 service animals and because of the nature of my disability they said my animals are not service animals regardless of what documents I can provide. The manager was very rude and cancelled my reservation then called every other extended stay in the area to let them know I was not stay there. The manager over stepped and cannot tell me what my dogs are for or trained for

I chose this place instead of an Airbnb because I was alone. Never again. Drugs, prostitution and the unsheltered are rampant here. There were small children running around the parking lot in the evenings. Parents were up to no good. Broken down cars. Sad stories. Police. Signs everywhere to take valuables out of the car and lock it. Keep the doors at the entrance closed for security. The place is unsafe and poorly run. There is nothing in the kitchen. NOTHING. Leaking refrigerator. The grab and go breakfast consists of bad coffee, granola bars and packaged mini mufffins. Walked right by it. This hotel is located next to the freeway in between a dying Bed, Bath and Beyond and a dead Staples. The rooms and public areas are extremely dated and worn. I was here for a week. Awful, truly awful stay. Lord knows what is going on behind all of those closed doors. Literally, a dump. Oh the elevator works.

I want to start out by saying that we had a pretty negative experience at this hotel based on the treatment we received not from the desk staff they were wonderful and the cleaning crew was amazing but the management was terrible we had stayed there for over 2 weeks while my fiance was looking for an office in the

I would give 5 stars, but the bed is very uncomfortable, and the bathroom is a tight squeeze. The staff are friendly, and when something needs to be fixed, it gets handled right away. I don't know the old manager, but the new manager, Kendall, is very sweet and seems to be on top of everything.Rooms: It's an older hotel so the rooms are not sparkly, but they are cleanWalkability: It is within walking distance to the mall, Whole Foods, a convenient store, and many other stores.

Extended Stay America - Lynnwood is truthfully just your average hotel. It's the employees who make it great. I fully believe that if they were allotted a higher budget they would be able to make magic happen. The specific employees that made this stay worthwhile include (in no particular order): Vanessa (General Manager), Cassandra (Assistant Manager), Rayana, Melanie, DD, Elizabeth, Mikael, Dave, and Jessie. Everyone listed was such a pleasure to interact with! If ever I had a need, they would go above and beyond to fulfill it.As far as the hotel itself goes, the amenities include:Breakfast Bar - This includes coffee, oatmeal, granola bars, muffins, etc. When we first arrived it was honestly a bit disappointing that they didn't provide hot food. I guess the thought process is that since it's an extended stay that you should cook your own food.In Room Kitchenette: All the rooms come with a two-burner stovetop, mid size fridge, and microwave. Also upon request the front desk offers complimentary cookware, utensils, a drying rack, kitchen towels, a can opener, a toaster, a coffee pot, etc.Housekeeping: DD and Elizabeth do a wonderful job of making sure the rooms are clean. For long term stays, you get your room cleaned every two weeks. While that schedule may not always be adhered to, be patient and kind to the staff. They only have two housekeeping staff members and roughly 200 rooms they're responsible for.Laundry: They have four washing machines, and six dryers. One bonus point they get is while the laundry is coin operated, you also have the option of downloading an app and paying that way if you are like me and are cash-free. Fair warning, some of the dryers offer an option of adding more time for a small fee, however not all of them will actually add the extra time. They also have two vending machines in the laundry room; one for snacks and one for drinks. I will say that the server frequently went down and made the snack machine unavailable to purchase from.Wifi: While the basic wifi is free you won't be able to do much with it. Their premium wifi is an additional cost. They offer a day, week, or month pass. $30 for the month, which in my opinion is the best deal if you are indeed long term. We were able to stream our firestick, had 2 iPhones, an iPad, and laptop connected with no issues.Summary: While I had an amazing time getting to know the aforementioned employees, this hotel was just a stepping stone in my wife and I's travel plans. I would recommend when booking to use a Cashapp card or something where you can lock it when not in use, because I did have an incident when I originally had my debit card linked that an unauthorized charge was made. While it was returned and rectified it messed a lot of things up for me. And fair warning that once you link a card, it cannot be deleted from your account unless you make an entirely different booking. All in all, it was lovely getting to interact with the employees and volunteering to assist decorate the hotel for holidays, but it's on to the next adventure for us.P.s. the keycards are very very sensitive. Don't let them near your phone, keys, or anything magnetic because they will deactivate. Don't fret though, just head to the front desk and you can exchange it for a new one.-Happy Traveling :)

Upon arrival, for unexpected reasons, the front desk agent was wonderful. She is Siri coming, communicative and supportive. The room was clean, comfortable, and just what was needed. I had to go to the rest for some plates and silverware, but they were real, and not paper and plastic!!! He was very nice!!! Overall a great respite from a bad day!! Thank you!!!Rooms: CleanWalkability: Close to restaurants and a convenience store.Food & drinks: A store close by.

Mikael has been an extreme pleasure. He greeted me when I first walked in, graciously help me to correct my check-in (my fault), has been quick to respond to any requests and has been 100% highly professional and courteous. It's because of him that I'll be returning here next time (because I was given notification today that that's going to happen). Rooms are clean, kitchen is awesome (request stuff for the kitchen free of charge at the desk). The ONLY complaint I had was that it took about 10 minutes for the water to get hot in the shower at 6:00 AM and the water pressure was horrid. That's an owner issue. BUT if you want first class customer service, this is your place to go!Rooms: Love the kitchen - the rooms is spacious. They have a desk, table, comfy chair, bed (obviously) and the unit for heater / AC works great. I love the tree outside of my window and wonder how it will look in the Spring. Highway noise is minimal.Safety: Truck hasn't been broken into - that's a major bonus.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID this location at all costs. We stayed here about 2 months ago. Upon arrival they could not find our reservation so we waited in the lobby for at least an hour while the attendant made multiple phone calls trying to retrieve our booking. FINALLY we got to our room, very late (like 10:30-11pm) and went to sleep. Checked out that next morning around 9-10am. Our stay was mediocre, nothing spectacular but not terrible either. Just today I’ve received notice of a LIABILITY CLAIM against us for a damaged door (we went into the room to sleep and left promptly the next morning. No bulky luggage, absolutely NOTHING that could have caused damage to the door) and on top of that they’re trying to say we didn’t pay. We have PROOF we paid for the room. They want us to pay over $2,000 to fix this door that we “allegedly damaged”. $2,000!!! If there was damage done, why wasn’t the incidentals card charged asap? And why weren’t we contacted right away? Why wait 2 months?? On top of everything, when we tried to check out in the morning, there was absolutely NOBODY to be found in the hotel. No attendant anywhere. We searched the entire bottom floor for someone to help us check out. Nowhere to be found. We had to leave our key cards in the drop box. Completely unprofessional, and now they want to charge us, when we have no idea what happened after we left. They have zero pictures of the damage, no proof of anything. Talk about FRAUD! Stay far, far away from this place. They only get 1 star from me because it wouldn’t let me give them ZERO stars.
