I love this gym. In the beginning I had my doubts, I thought it was just like another gym but it’s totally different. You go there to really work out, the instructors are always around to help with the exercises. I am a visual person so I love that you can copy the exercises on the screens. I used to spend hours in the gym because I didn’t know what routine to do or my form wasn’t the correct but at F45 the 45 minutes of the class are enough to work out your whole body. I really recommend this gym, your money, time and health are worth it.

I’ve completed 10 clases at this studio and it’s one of the best F45 studios. The place is spacious, it’s always clean, and I like that they provide towels as well. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and most important FUN! if you are intimidated by the workouts I’ll say give it a try first because the coaches and community are there to help you and cheer you up. I’ve tried many work out classes before and have felt the most welcomed at F45 Lynnwood. The gym is in a convenient location, always kept clean & sanitized in mind for COVID-19 guidelines, and the coaches make me look forward coming in to class. The coaches do a great job welcoming the class, walking through the stations, and they play an incredible music playlist to keep the mood high. I highly recommend this as a regular fitness option and can’t wait to join more classes.

I have been attending the Lynnwood F45 location for about a month now and absolutely love it! I used to attend a local gym and always had a hard time walking in and not having a plan or structure. At F45, I have that now. F45 brings a great dynamic of structure, enthusiasm and community. I usually attend the morning sessions that are led by Zach. Zach is phenomenal. He is enthusiastic, encouraging and a big advocate of you and your success. He goes out of his way to make you feel known, seen and heard while still pushing you toward your goals. F45 is always having membership events that extend outside of the classes to further develop community. I am extremely thankful to have found F45 and cannot recommend it enough to those who are looking for a place that helps you accomplish your fitness goals!

After 2 1/2 years working out at home, I am loving the fun workouts and awesome instructors at F45. You can go at your own pace and modify as needed. I have been a member at other gyms and this is a very nice, bright, and open studio. Check it out!

Joining F45 has been very motivating and rewarding. All the instructors are great and they really go around the room to help you with your form. The classes are very fun with great music! Would definitely recommend.

I refuse to workout anywhere where I am treated differently than others based on my vaccine status.This is a FITNESS facility, focused on wellness, to push an agenda such as this and discriminate against anyone is shameful, especially for this type of establishment.

Such an amazing gym!!!! The coaches are so great and really make you feel comfortable. The members feel like a true family. This is a small family business and they have gone above and beyond to build this fitness community. The facility is clean, organized and the coaches practice safe COVID protocols to make the members feel like their health is truly their number one priority. WORTH EVERY CENT.

F45 is the BEST fitness studio I've ever been to. I personally love this location for not only the size (biggest studio I've ever been to) but also for the staff and trainers. Everyone is super fun and helpful with the workouts and are always pushing us to do the best we can do. I couldn't recommend F45 more - it's the best workout you'll ever do!

F45 Lynnwood has been my home since June 2020. Now I’m not the fittest person and I have real bad asthma. But even with all the changes happening throughout this timeframe, there is no where else I would rather workout at. People at the studio is welcoming and non-judgmental. We root for each other and celebrate each other’s victories. Coach Khabir and Coach Zak make any adjustments during the workouts and gives just the right amount of boost and reassurance all while being mindful of your strengths and weaknesses. The music is blaring, the atmosphere is awesome, and no two workouts are ever the same- I can see myself accomplishing all my fitness goals.

LOVE. Great workout, and even greater coaches! They took the time to make my husband and I feel welcomed. Absolutely love the community vibe! The workouts were challenging! The coaches were encouraging and helped us correct our forms. Definitely looking forward to continue trying these classes.

Best Gym with the best Coaches!! Wanna have fun and burn calories this is the place. I lost so much weight and kept it off. Built muscle and learned to eat healthy to maintain it. Try it.... I promise you will love it!!

I usually don't really enjoy going to the gym but after my first work out at f45 lynnwood I was hooked! The Trainers are amazing and it's a blast from start to finish! They really make working out fun and that's why I keep going back. I can't recommend this place enough!
