Will not come here again.Edit: I tried this place again. Disappointed again. They didn't make my sandwich correctly. The prices are too high for the quality of the product. Generally, the quality is no better than your average fast food burger place, not worth the premium they charge.

Five Guys is excellent. The burgers are a little pricey, but all the toppings are free, and they will pack twice the fries into your bag as fit into the small cup, so it's great if you want a hearty burger with lots of fries. The staff are always friendly here, too.

Okay, I got there right when they were opening up so that isn't the best time to go to a restaurant but I think they did me well the food was on time and warm enough to eat the right balance of grease and dry - important with fried foods, and like I said if I had a come in at a later time and it wasn't so hectic the service might have been better but I believe that they did well they weren't rude just a little impatient and they were young people so I can cut them a bit of slack

Service was awful. We were told by the younger guy (receipt said his name was Victor) who rang us up that they were out of milkshake ingredients which was very disappointing to our two girls who were getting them as a treat for good behavior. Order our food, pay and then once our food is ready and the girls had to settle for a sprite, the same guy who told us they were out of the ingredients, makes a milkshake for a customer standing at the counter. Then proceeds to try and hide it while giving it to said customer. I called him out and said I thought they were out. He looked at me and said they were only able to make them for to-go orders. Their food is outrageously expensive for what it is and the service at the Lynnwood location was the worst I've ever experienced. That store will never see a dime of my money again and I hope his manager sees this because he is denying customers product because he was too lazy to make it.

I haven't been here for years. When they first opened we went about 3 times because it was so new. Then we stopped going because of other burger places around. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was prepared perfectly. I'm not a fan of cajun fries but they were good. I thought the fry amount has shrunk compared to before but maybe because of the cajun flavoring. Maybe normal fries you get more fries for the money. I think the prices are alot higher than before but I guess that's the case everywhere. A good choice for burgers but there are other choices around. Cost us about $40 for 2 burgers, fries and drinks.
