Unbelievable… I purchased a pair of sweatpants for my daughter two days ago. I went in to exchange the sweats today because they were too small with receipt, tag, etc. The young woman behind the counter told me that because the sale ended yesterday, I would now have to pay full price to exchange the pants. I have never been told something like this by a store before. She told me if she did the exchange that her company will think she’s stealing money from them. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. She said it’s not her fault because it’s the way the computer works. I left and then returned to ask the manager for her name so I could have a reference, and she refused to give it to me. Just flat out said no, I don’t need to give you my name. I was not escalated or rude. This girl is claiming to be the manager, yet refuses to provide an actual explanation for a ridiculous “policy” or even provide her name for reference. In reading other reviews it appears like this is a pattern with forever 21 at this specific location and by description from another review, possibly this individual. Please be aware that if you bought someone something from Forever 21 on Black Friday, don’t expect to be able to exchange for a different size without paying full price.. I can’t even believe how ridiculous this is, it’s almost laughable.Update: Marysville Forever 21 seems to be more capable of customer service and are doing the exchange (they also didn’t understand this “policy”, nor has anyone else I’ve spoken to that work in retail). Also.. went down a Forever 21 rabbit hole and after reading everything, I am no longer surprised at the lack of care from the employees, the company doesn’t seem to stand by or care about the customers either. I honestly am shocked they are still in business.

Came to store with 2 kids. We were on 2nd floor and I specifically informed kids not to go down the escalator. My kids got lost within the 20 ft from us and flagged a store worker & instead of making an announcement that kids are lost or helped them locate parents in the store, the sales person took my kids out of the store and walked them across the mall to security. That is kidnapping. They didn't notify the shoppers over the intercom of found children. They should never take kids out of store without security. What if some stranger out there that they may have met someplace that we do not know and said they know them and the store clerk would hand my kids to a stranger. This is a very bad situation. This whole thing happened within 20 ft from us and not even 10 mins.

My 220 year old daughter was so excited to come to this store. We walked around for at least 30 minutes. Noticed 4 employees. No greeting. All were busy with stocking up the store. Hey here's a novel idea. Maybe try selling first while the customers are present?

Young lady at the cashier with the green sweatshirt, long fake eye lashes, black hair working at the cashier on 3/7/2023 around 8pm was totally racist, rude, and hostile for no reason. My cousin asked if he can use the fitting rooms to try on the shirts before buying she said no the fitting rooms are closed, then she said you either buy or leave the store. I asked what time they close and the said 8pm, we were inside the store shopping before closing time, you can check the cameras. We bought the clothes with out trying them on. We simply wanted to try the shirts on before buying. Then I asked for her name and she said she’s not required to give out her name. payment receipt said cashier: Micel. Idk if that’s her real name but if it is she needs to get fired. There will be a lawsuit coming for Forever 21 Lynnwood due to racial discrimination.

This review is not about this particular store, but my online purchase experience. Pls be aware that Forever 21 will NOT take any responsibility if your order is lost. You r out for whatever amount u pay for the order. Their customer service will either end the call or chats abruptly if they can’t or don’t want to answer your questions. I contacted them within half an hour after I got notification my order was delivered, even though it never showed up at my door while I was at home waiting for the entire day. They then asked me to contact them again in 14 days while they contact their delivery vendor, OnTrac. to see if they could find the order. I contacted them 14 days later to be told that the order was delivered as what was indicated on my initial notification. They then said that they could put in. dispute claim but asked me to contact them again in 10 days. 10 days later, I was told that the dispute claim was rejected. Then they told me that I could contact and dispute with OnTrac myself. When I asked them if OnTrac provided any evidence such as a photo showing the package was left at my front door, The chat was ended abruptly (not the 1st time). It is extremely unreasonable to ask me to chase after their vendor. I did not contract out the delivery to OnTrac, Forever 21 does. My purchase was not with OnTrac, but Forever 21. Forever 21 failed to deliver the products I purchased from them.

Had a horrible experience yesterday with an associate. You know usually stores price match and I found this jacket I really liked and I went to scan the QR code and it was $10+ cheaper online. I went to go checkout the associate refused to price match it. Little did I know forever 21 does price match and the lady didn’t bother getting the store manager.. so thanks Lynnwood forever 21.

Terrible terrible service. She kept saying she can't add store credit or modify my transaction because system won't allow her to go back to the transaction, which is totally bs based on my knowledge from numerous retail work experience.

Its okay. They have really good styles, but I found the quality is just lacking with clothes ripping after the first wash, or shrinking weirdly. Their mens section is also very limited.

They use to be okay. I'd buy my jeans there. But their sizing is all messed up now. I would buy 4 pairs of jeans, take them home and find out, they're 5 sizes too small!! It doesn't match the lable size?? I asked them about it, but no one seems to know the reason why???

They get one star because you can actually walk around with space. However, I am not the first person to review that they do not know how to place Sale signs and they overcharge. They had a sign for pants “on this fixture” for sale. Out of the FOUR pants on the shelf they charged us full price because it “only applies to certain styles.” After showing the sign repeatedly they never did adjust the price after over charging us. I called and was given major attitude from the oh-so-pleasant “manager” that because I wore the pants (from the dressing room to the check out counter) they can’t return or exchange them. After telling her 500x I didn’t want that I just wanted the difference refunded I was given “it’s not our fault it’s the machine’s fault, idk what you want me to do, I’m not going to give you a gift card in this situation.” AFTER THEY OVER CHARGED ME FOR PANTS! She was absolutely unwilling to be of any help even when I offered to get an in-store credit on the purchase difference. After being told I could come back in but “if there’s nothing we can do there’s nothing we can do” she hung up on me. CLASSY. A+++ service guys.
