Great place to buy stuff and get discounts on gas. Still a great assortment of product from grocery shopping to home needs and even cloths, sports and camping.

As far as grocery stores go Fred Meyer is pretty good. Get used to one and you can be successful in all. Clean and generally easy to navigate unless they are stocking the shelvs. This particular one is often friendly, helpful, but a little lacking in the more esoteric item variety. Patrons may be clueless... Still one of the best for the daily one stop shopping.

Couldn't find Hawaiians Own frozen juice, frozen chicken thighs, nor Reese's "chocolate" ice cream. Only Reese's "peanut butter' ice cream. 3 of the 5 most important things on my list, were NOT at Freddy's. But the employees were all as helpful as they could be. Thanks fer that. Sorry. Bad day in general.

They close all but one set of doors and then make you guess which are open ? Be prepared to walk around the entire store to get in. Not accessible at all

So, there are THREE entrances to this fred Meyer. In the evening they close and lock two of the entrances. So if you don’t know that, you will park in one area, walk up to the door only to find it’s locked. And then again, if you choose the wrong door. I don’t think many people know this because I watched multiple people do what I did and try both the locked doors before finding the correct door. The only sign they have is “these doors will open up at 7:00am” which isn’t very descriptive. Makes it sound like the store will open back up at 7am. It’s extremely annoying. This Fred Meyer is also extremely sketchy. They have so many weirdos coming in and stealing they check your receipt like Costco does before you leave. Just a lot of inconveniences for a grocery store if you’re just trying to pop in and out real fast. I would suggest going to Safeway or QFC right up the roads if you’re trying to do a quick trip. The workers here are also super rude and you will be waiting at the self check out for a while before someone comes to check on you if you’re having a problem and can’t continue checking out.

Fred Meyer/Kroger are price gougers. Admitted under oath. Don't shop a company that is trying to rip you off while underpaying/mistreating their workers.

Shoutout to Suli! I left a bottle in my cart and drove all the way home without it. Suli saw it and took it to customer service in case someone came back for it. Luckily, I was able to show a receipt and get it back. Thank you again, Suli!

Extremely rude cashier in the self checkout area. Susan “the Dragon Lady” yelled at me, not once, not twice, but three times during my transaction. But when she called the supervisor* over to help me (price adjustment), she was a silent little lamb. As soon as the manager left, she came back to stick it to me again. I will never shop at THAT store again… And my son and I are Kroger employees!
My recommendation to the store manager is to stick her in the back and away from customer contact.
* Speaking of the supervisor, here is the scenario: I called the store at 8 AM and asked Customer Service if they would honor the price of a crockpot on sale at their competitors. They said “yes” so I went in to purchase it. Unbeknownst to me, I was supposed to get the name, rank and serial number of who answered the phone at the customer service desk because when the supervisor came to self check out to do the price adjustment, she treated me like I was a common criminal, trying to steal the crockpot! I tried to show her the comparison of the crockpot from the Walmart website to the box in my basket, but she assumed I had created a phony website (…in my spare time?) for a $19 crockpot.
Thanks for making me realize that you don’t have to be kind when you can hide behind your Union.
