Customer service said they don't issue rain check until the last day of sale. The U-scan cahser said they dont issue rain check on meat. It seems that the store employee creat their own rain check rule. It seems the store does not intend to honor the sale. It advertised the sale to make you come in, however, when the item ran out. They dont have intentions of making the customer happy to honor the price.. the store prefers to damage the environment make you drive to store mutiple times if you want the sale price. The ads did not say "while supply last.

The return policies for clothing have become ridiculous. I had a sweater I bought, had the tags on it, never worn. It sweater was purchased using my debit card. I did not have the receipt, but never needed it in the past. They would not look up the purchase on the debit card and refused the return. This is the second time I was refused a refund, the first time I had a receipt. I would give zero stars on this if I could. No where is the return policy posted that I could see. I am done buying clothing at Fred Meyer.

I have a broken back, so can no longer shop at a supermarket. Fred Meyer is a lifesaver with their home delivery. Their online web page for ordering is easy to navigate. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of products is great. When they come to deliver, I go out to my third-floor balcony and toss my keys down to the delivery man. He lets himself into the building and brings my groceries up to my apartment. Quick and easy from start to finish. I can't rave about them enough.

Was being checked out by the SWEETEST human ever named Jasmine - we were talking while she was scanning my items, doing a GREAT job, when towards the end a very bitter old lady behind us started complaining about who knows what, just being a sad and lonely old lady. The old lady was truly awful and I want to shout out Jasmine for not only working and serving us when she doesn't have to, but being kind and patient at the same time. I hope I remembered her name right - she had purple hair and BOMB makeup. Shout out to you.

This Fred Meyer is a very good grocery store and super center. They have everything from a large grocery selection, clothing selection and a very large liquor section. All of your shopping needs can be met at this supercenter. The only drawback is the lines are quite long, other than that this is one stop shopping.

This review is for the pharmacy. Went in this evening and asked how the fat lady at the counter was doing and she had a b**** a** attitude saying "how would you feel if you're working during the super bowl?" Well do your f****** job and quit complaining. If you have that much bad attitude and watching the super bowl was more important than maybe you should have quit your job instead of being such a b*****

My office is right across the street from this location so I go here often and grab coffee or lunch and groceries but to my disappoinent I've noticed they are not regulating the mask mandate at all!!! There were several people walking around shopping without masks in fact on lady went right up to the u scan cashier without one on and they said nothing to her! I will not return to businesses where they don't care to enforce safety to others lost a loyal customer.

This place has become trash. I only come here because I live nearby. Going to start making a point to go further for everything. Employees don't seem to care.

Incredibly mind numbingly slow service. Incredibly unhelpful. Complete and utter BS experience shopping there. F you Fred Meyers. Never coming back to this fd store. It's 2021, two years into Covid and these d*** mouth breathing idiots don't have wireless payment capability. WHAT IN THE ACTUAL F?!??

This is my Fred Meyers location since it's literally across the street from me. It has everything you need, the discounts you can find are great, the best time to get your groceries is definitely Wednesday through Friday other wise it gets pretty picked over.

Karl rocks, this place SUCKS. I had purchased a bakery item that got moldy, even though the expiration date wasn't for another week. When I got there, the customer service counter was closed due to being "short-staffed." There was one checkout line open, and I've seen people make returns in the checkout line before. Although the line was long, I didn't feel like making another trip back, so I waited. After waiting for about 15 minutes, it was finally my turn. When I explained my problem to the cashier, he said that I could just grab a replacement. I was so off-put by the mold that I told him I'd rather have a refund. He told me that he couldn't give me a refund because they were short-staffed. Like what??? A return for a single item isn't going to take any longer than a customer with a cart full of grocery items. There were only two people behind me in line, so it wasn't like he was extremely packed and busy. In all honesty, he just looked like he was lazy and didn't want to do his job. I'm not the type to be mean, but he was obviously looking for any excuse to avoid having to do actual work. How do I know this? Because when I went to self-checkout to pay for my groceries, I had accidentally scanned in the moldy baked goods I had come to return. I called over an employee for assistance, explained the error and why I even had the item with me in the first place. Karl, who was working the self-checkout stands, was extremely friendly and helpful. He removed the accidental scan, all the while processing the return for me. He did the return without me even asking him to do it. He just took it upon himself to make my night and was overall a gem. The first employee wasn't even nice or empathetic about my problem. He made it seem like I was inconveniencing him by asking him to do his job. If he had said, "I'm sorry to hear that. Would you mind if I help these two customers behind you first, and then we'll see what we can do about a return?" I would've been more than happy to oblige. I guess I'm more agitated about the experience since I waited in line for 15 minutes, just for him to treat me as less than any other customer. I read someone else's review on here about how they got rancid chicken and lousy customer service when they came to return it, so I see I'm not the only one experiencing employees who don't want to do their jobs. Shoutout to Karl though. He seriously deserves a raise. He's such a great guy and is the only reason this place isn't getting a one-star review. 5 stars for Karl, one star for the store.

I've shopped at this location since it opened (I moved into my house nearby in 2009). That shows how much I like this store. On average, we stop there at least once/week. Today was the first time I took something back. My husband bought Heritage Farm wings at around 4:30 PM today. He went straight home (5 mins away). When we opened it, it was foul. I looked at the date 7-26-21. No wonder. It happens. Not a big deal. I called to inform the meat department to check their Heritage Farm wings and took the wings back to get a refund. The gal working there, Katie Frish (sp) was busy chatting with her friend (because I overheard their conversation and witnessed no transaction) while I waited. Finally, the friend left. I showed Katie my foul wings. She complained that the barcode was ripped and she couldn't scan it. Ok. I didn't expect to bring it back so I wasn't careful but you can clearly read the price/details. Then asked if I just wanted to grab another one, that's be easier. Ok, fine, I was in a hurry to get home but I walked back to the meat department. They didn't have any more HF wings so I walked back to Katie empty handed. I told her there was everything but wings. She grumbled that she already threw the bag away. Then grumbled some more about not having enough cash. Can she give me $17? I said it was $17.96. She threw $18 in my direction, slammed the register shut, threw her close sign up. Done with me. OK, Katie. Sorry to have bothered you. I worked in customer service for 5 years and your attitude would not have been acceptable where I worked. Good luck with your career.

update: May 4, 2021 Didn't need to see the live performance while I was leaving. Saw a guy who might as well have been wearing an orange jumpsuit and number skittering about the store. I was leaving shortly after him, "inventory security" pillars beep, door greeter is saying "Sir. Sir?". Criminal meets face to face with this guy coming in, they struggle a few seconds, criminal viciously slams the guy to the floor and runs away. It is too dangerous to come here anymore.

This review is simply for the jewelry department, the woman working the register was extremely rude. I walked in to get my wifes wedding ring fixed its a 2,000 $ 11x9 mm custom made moisanite with 24k gold band its a beautiful ring . She told me i payed to much for it and that they refused to work on it because she wouldn't value it close to the retail price . Which i just wanted it fixed i don't care what the re sell value is were not selling it. She also dropped the stone on the glass and dropped it on the floor and stepped on it . . I wouldn't recommend the jeweler in Lynwood extremely un-professional they better adapt because pretty soon everyone will be buying moisanite and diamonds will go down. Even if you buy a 10,000 dollar diamond ring and try to sell it 70% of the value is gone right when you buy it.
