I was overcharged at the Fuel Center and had a terrible experience with the attendant, Maku. I went into the store to talk to a manager and dealt with Kyle. He seemed bothered that he was called to help a customer and immediately defended the gas attendant, stating that I must have misunderstood Maku due to a language barrier. I’ve shopped at this store for decades and the customer service has really gone down hill. Kyle is a terrible representation of your company. Please do better.

It's Fred Meyer - not much to say. I do prefer their produce and deli to others in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful. They carry a good selection of a lot of items I can't find elsewhere - such as Health & Beauty items. One of my go-to shops that we hit regularly.

I'm sorry Kroger took this company over. The rampant and blatant shoplifting is now simply tolerated. It makes for an awkward shopping experience. I'm clipping digital coupons, which I hate having to do, only to watch multiple drug addicted people walking out with backpacks full of meat, bakery, and who knows what other items. It seems very wrong and feels worse. I think I'll stop patronizing all Fred Meyer stores. I spoke to employees who are equally frustrated and have been told they are to do nothing.

It is convenient. I can get mostly everything in one stop. Employees are helpful and friendly.

One of the larger Fred Meyers stores. Bought a sandwich to share. No place to sit nor was there a fountain bar. Not the best to go back to your car to eat hoping we still have some bottle water left to drink. Much better and accommodating eating areas at their Bellingham store.

Usually this place is great but I don't know why they refuse to open more than 1 register in the evenings (I'm currently 9th in line, been so for 5 minutes now, and they don't even have a bagger to help the cashier go faster. I'm not last in line either.). Also it would be nice if they did a cart run once in a while, 2/3 of my trips to this store have me scrounging a cart from outside somewhere.

Your floral department looks poor. I'm looking for fresh greens to attach on the cake since Friday. I noticed there was no options. Was at the store next day and found less product. Back on Monday hoping for fresh delivery. Lots empty brackets, and still no choice. Asking a girl when is fresh delivery and getting an silly answer “all that is displayed is fresh from today” left store without greens for the 3 time in 4 days.

I spend between $500 and $700 months in this store location but when want to talk to a manager about the 50 people line on self checkout they are so busy and they are short on staff. Never mind that 5 checkout registers are closed and no clue why?

Terrible they have their door closed and people keep going from one door to another, and nobody know which doors is open. That’s terrible.

Was just there last night, love it that they're still open till 11. Wish it was still my closest one now that Shoreline and Lake City close at 10. UGH! Also, shout out to the fella that used to run the self check there from like 2015-21. Very cool friendly dude I had a lot of funny little chats with. ?

Was heading back to Seattle and decided to shop in Lynnwood. Entered through the garden department, found everything with ease even though the store is huge, seemed like everything was close by, used the self checkout at the garden department and exited. Parking was super easy and overall a good experience. Seattle please take notes on how Lynnwood is doing it!!
