Recently decided to get back into the hobby, and the employee, Matthew, was incredibly helpful. I wanted to get some paints (among many other things lol) but had only a vague idea of what I wanted. He gave me awesome tips, and sought to really understand the vision I had for “My Dudes”. Great customer service, thank you Matthew! Definitely will be back to play some games of Kill Team in the future!

Fantastic customer service every time I go there! The employees are incredibly knowledgeable in every facet of the hobby from painting techniques and suggestions, to rules updates and how to play, and how best to start for any newcomers. They have a table with fully painted models for people to try out the game, as well as a few additional tables with terrain to play games with. If you are considering getting into Warhammer at all, trust me, start here.

Great shop to get into the hobby. The manager Matt greeted me and immediately answered every question I had on my first time in the shop and made sure I was on the right path for getting the best sets I thought were cool. The other employee Des (dez?) has helped me multiple times with getting a ton of paint and giving me recommendations for mixing when one isn't in stock, and we've both crawled around on the floor finding the best paints from the bottom rack. I am very fortunate to have a full on Warhammer location to go to nearby!

The store manager Matt is very knowledgeable and friendly, but my favorite part of the visit was how welcoming of an environment he created for newbies (especially for women), such as myself. I got a couple funny looks when I first walked in, and one guy even approached me to ask if I was lost (thankfully, he's not a regular in the local community). However, Matt simply asked if there was anything I was looking for that he could help me find. He was very patient and his enthusiasm for 40K is contagious. I saw him go out of his way not only for me, but for many other customers there as well. I'm looking forward to finishing up my army and joining in on the games there. If the rest of the community is as respectful and friendly as him, I'm sure I'll be in good hands :)

Came here to find some paints I was missing for a model sub. Gentleman helping gave me a few which were oddly named. Had my doubts, but they worked great! Would definitely recommend this store.

This store kinda sucks. The whole store is the size of an average persons apartment living room. It’s tiny. The employees are nice but really pushy and annoying. They usually do have a couple items that for whatever reason the other local stores don’t tend to have but there’s really no exclusive store items or anything. They sell everything at games workshop website prices which is fine accept games workshop is always like 15 - 20% higher than other local game stores. Also the hours kinda suck. I want to support local game stores but there’s better stores and when you buy gw products from them you’re still supporting gw.
