It's been five day since I ordered online still haven't gotten a email about my package I'm kind of worried first time buying something from here hopefully it comes in soon. The quality from this store is good even though it's kind of expensive

girls working there were nice, always asked if i needed help and started a dressing room for me when they saw i was having trouble carrying the clothes lol. we're very sweet but didn't come up too many times, which i appreciate. clothes are expensive as hell, but very cute and pretty good quality .

I really love the clothes but as many of customers prior have discussed the customer service is lacking, I understand they are young but still politeness goes a long way, they were chatting in the back not acknowledging customers, I waited for several minutes at the register until another customer let them know I was waiting, then they never acknowledged that I had waited nor made an effort to engage with me. Overall I think the customer service could be better especially with how expensive the clothing cost

The workers were rude after my jeans were misplaced by another worker and when I tried to find where they went and get them back I was spoken to with a very unkind tone and ended up leaving without being able to try on my jeans. Overall costumer service was not good

In the past we have bought clothes at the Garage for our granddaughter with good service but this year after buying clothes for our granddaughters they didn't like some of the things we bought them so we went to return them. The lady who took the returns made a mistake a charged us for one of items instead of returning it and then returned it so it just canceled each other. Then she stapled the charge on the back of the receipts so we didn't notice it. After checking our bank statement a day or so later we discovered the mistake. Then we went back to the Garage at Alderwood Mall and talked to the manager and she told us there was nothing she could do even though she could see what happened on the receipts! She said we would have to call customer service which we did several times with promises they would take care of it and never did. They had the worst customer service both at the store and on the phone of any store I have ever gone to in my 60 years of shopping

Worst customer service ever at Alderwood Mall Garage store and 1-800 customer service. I bought 5 tops for Christmss gifts and returned them all on Dec.26. On one item the clerk charged me for the amount instead of crediting me. I asked her if she corrected it and she said she did. When I got home I saw that she did in fact charge me and it is verified by my bank statement. I took all receipts to the store..manager agreed a mistake was made and I was owed the amount but "too bad..nothing we can find about it". After talking to various customer service reps and was told they could see the mistake (about 7 phone calls going over and over the situation)...a representative called me to tell me financial dept will not refund money. This store should be closed. I am beyond frustrated by the terrible treatment and lack of service. no stars..0!

Beware of cashiers. We were charged twice for the same item. I didn't notice until we left the store (prices not visible to customers on tablet or screen when checking out). When we returned to the store one minute later the same store cashier (made us wait while she checked out two other customers even though we explained we were overcharged). Even then she never apologized, just kept repeating how weird it was. She then asked how we wanted to handle the new transaction...? I'll never shop there again. As if that wasn't enough, my daughter and I both bought candy from the front. Mine was so hard I almost broke a tooth. Looked at the expiration date and sure enough both mine and my daughter's candy were expired, by several months. Not only are they incompetent, they're selling expired product. Rip-offs!!
