My wife and I have to give a huge shout out to Jennifer Enriquez for all of her help when our car was brought in after an icy road accident. Unfortunately, and much to our surprise, the car was totaled by the insurance company. Jennifer took the time with us to go over everything she found for the reason the car was totaled. We were impressed and satisfied with everything she showed us. We asked if she would be willing to give our next car an inspection when the time came and she agreed. A couple of weeks later we found a car and Jennifer spent the time to go over it with us and gave us the thumbs up. It's not what we wanted, but given the circumstances of loosing one car, we felt comfortable with the purchase of the replacement. If it comes down to having to purchase another vehicle, I hope that Jennifer will be available. Many thanks Jennifer, we really appreciate everything you did for us!

TALKED TO THE MANAGER PERSONALLY!! ITS BEEN 4 WEEKS AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT CALLED ME BACK TO DO THE WORK THEY SAID THEY WOULD!!
I HAVE A WARRANTY CONTRACT THEY ARE TRYING TO IGNORE!! SCUMBAGS DONT TRUST THEM THIS LOCATION AS WELL AS.MANY OTHERS IS A SCAM!!

I was in a hurry on the morning of the car, so I didn't have time to check the car. My fiancee had an appointment at the hospital. After picking up the car, I had to rush home. This shop is next to Enterprise. I returned the car at around 8:54 am on December 4th and handed in the things at around 9 o'clock. On the way home, I found that the tire pressure light and airbag light of the car were on. I took a photo to record the airbag light. The time was 9:09 that day. Because the temperature changed a lot during this period, I didn't pay much attention to the tire pressure light. After picking up my fiancee, we went to Discount Tire to check the tire pressures around 10am. The staff told us that the tire pressures were too high in all four tires. After helping us get the tire pressures back to normal, we rushed to the hospital. After we were discharged from the hospital, we found that the two fault lights were still on, so we went back to Discount Tire. The staff did not find any problems. We went back to Gerber Collision and told them what the problem was. The agent drove our car away and said they would do a computer scan for the fault lights. The agent came back about 20 minutes later. She cleared the tire pressure lights, but no matter how they tested, the airbag light was still on. At first they wanted us to leave the car and rent a car for ourselves at a nearby rental car shop. Unfortunately, there was no car available that day, so we had to come back the next morning at 8-9am, which was the 5th. The car was there for a day, probably around 1pm on the 6th. State Farm called and told me that Gerber Collision did not find any problems with the car, and they did a full inspection after repairing the car. I did not tell the repair shop about the fault lights when I picked up the car! I told them that I noticed the malfunction light on the car on the way home and wrote it down. Thinking back to the time I returned the car, left the dealership, and took the photo, it was only about ten minutes. How could there be no serious collision and the airbag light was triggered in ten minutes? The malfunction light was not on before the car was repaired, but it was on after the car was repaired. They repeatedly shirked responsibility and asked me to take the car to the dealership for inspection. If it was caused by an accident, Gerber Collision would be fully responsible. I told them that the malfunction light was not on when the accident happened, the malfunction light was not on when I took the car to the repair shop, and the malfunction light was on after the car was repaired and when I picked it up! Why should I take the time to take the car to the dealership for them to disassemble and analyze it again? If they find that the malfunction light was not caused by the accident, they will not care and pay for the repair. This is completely unreasonable and incomprehensible because no matter how you check, the malfunction light came on after the car was repaired, and because everyone knows that the malfunction light did not come on after the accident, there is no way to determine that it was caused by the accident, so they cannot fix the problem, and I have to pay for the repair myself. My family and I have always had our cars fixed by this shop. This is the first time we have had a situation like this. We are very disappointed. My car had issues fixed here that I needed to fix myself. Whether State Farm pays for it is a relationship between you and them. I chose you to fix my car. My car had issues after it was fixed so you should have fixed the problem yourself instead of having the insurance company contact me.

My hyundai venue car broken into and they changed my driver door. Jose and Sarah were amazing. They helped me from start to end. They both have high skills and knowladge about their job. Also, they are very much kind and friendly. During the repair, driver side inner window film got strached. I realized when i receive the car. (I don’t mind, it happens)They apoligized and offered to fix free.Thank you very much for professional and friendly customer service. ❤️❤️ these guys are THE BESTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!
