What a fantastic experience! Excellent customer service is a rare attribute for a business, especially among collision and glass providers. My exposure to a competitor of Gerber last year left a poor taste in my mouth, but it feels like the industry has been reformed by the Lynnwood team at Gerber Collision and Glass. Joshua Affre was patient, carefully explaining the process and adroitly setting expectations even when delivering tough news. Fi is fantastic! She is welcoming and eager to assist, welcome customers, or answer questions. A special shout out to Adrianna on her first day helping me figure out the Keurig Machine. I highly recommend this group of professionals when you need them.

The Gerber location intentionally provides a low initial estimate to attract you to choose them for repairs. After you leave your vehicle with them, they will continuously contact you to inform you of additional damages they have found. Despite the minor damage to my front bumper, my final repair bill ended up being almost $8000, while the initial estimate was only $798. If someone doesn't consider this a scam, then what would they consider a scam?It takes at least one month for everything to get done here. I waited for one month to receive a repair estimate, another month to bring in the vehicle for repair, and yet another month to have the vehicle fixed.

My car was finished ahead of the projected deadline, with outstanding quality. I was given regular updates via text about the status of the repairs along the way and have never seen a better paint blend. You can't see where it is at all and the car looks pin straight down the side (someone drove into the side of me and destroyed a door and the back quarter panel). I couldn't be happier and will be returning if I have any further need for body work on my car.

I waited almost for two months for estimating, and they canceled in day of my appointment, without any apologies. Probably they have a plenty costumers and don’t care about new.

MVA unfortunately, but they got my sons car in fast and did the estimate pretty quick. I am overall very happy with their customer service. MVA are no fun and they took a lot of my stress away. Thank you for your amazing compassion and stellar customer service.I called other places and was told 2-3 months out to even accept a tow in!The car was a total loss and we settled with insurance pretty quick thanks to Gerber for doing their part expeditiously well.Happy customer!Thanks again Gerber

Had a car accident and sent my car to Gerber collision. Despite some wait time on some backorder parts, they did a fantastic job on the repair. Takes a month just to get an estimate on a torn plastic piece on my car's undercarriage. They bit for insurance business but clearly do not have the capacity to deliver in a timely manner.
