There are no outlets in the electronics section! You have to walk to the opposite end of the store to test anything! ☹️ They need to fix that to match other Goodwills.

I really enjoy shopping at the Lynnwood Goodwill, but every time I've come in the past month, it's been super hot! I was expecting they'd have AC for the summer months as other stores do. It makes it very difficult to stay in for long without getting uncomfortable. I wasn't able to finish my shopping because of how overwhelming the heat was.

Incredibly picky for a donation center. Table has a scratch? Not interested. Clothes don't look brand new? Not interested. Don't bother trying to drop anything off here unless it's new-in-box with tags and sales receipt saying you bought it less than a month ago. Ridiculous.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARTS , THATS WHAT I WOULD RATE THIS STORE. THE SECURITY GUARD WALKED PASSED A BUNCH OF GARBAGE ( FOOD WRAPPERS ) THAT WAS ON THE GROUND AND DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO PICK IT UP BIRDS WERE FLYING AROUND TO PICK IT UP. LONG LINES NO ONE CALLED FOR BACK UP CASHIER .

I have shopped at this store for years and love it. Yesterday however, (4/3/24) there was an male employee, middle aged, grey hair with glasses making multiple nasty comments about it being senior discount day and about the seniors who come in to shop. It was was quit disturbing and awful. That is not okay.
