I might as well buy new. Used winter (off label) puff jacket was $39.99. Prices are way too high.

Always good stuff. Seems that staff work very hard to try and keep the store looking nice. Too bad many people are awful and disrespectful when it comes to acting like a decent human in a retail establishment.

This store is amazing to shop at and has the kindest, most hardworking team members. Always clean, organized, and full of quality product. I would go out of my way to always come here over any other goodwill in Washington.

NEGATIVE ONE . Employees treat everybody like their up to something…. It’s not our fault this location is dirty , garbage in the parking lot, crowded, messy , and clearly lots of theft going on! It’s Unfair the way they treat paying customers. I have personally seen employees at this store discriminating ALL types of customers, having a bad attitude, and harassing their customers. I was treated unfair and discriminated on by MASON and store manager lady. I have been a long time customer there spending at least 100 dollars every time I’m there . It’s bEYOND bad management and horrible at finding not lazy unmotivated employees who clearly just wanna go home be quick to judge someone. They didn’t hold the standard of customer service and I don’t think they care to courteous and respectful to their paying customers. It’s BEYOND unprofessional.Secondly, Almost every boxed lightbulb they were selling wasn’t even the correct product in the box . Someone switched out the actual lightbulbs they claim to be selling for some cheap plain burnt out lightbulb!.Yet the price remained same!In my Opinion They would rather have someone push out a cart full of stolen merchandise thanActually pay for it because they are lazy and unorganized . They are actively choosing to lose out on honest donations that would help the nonprofit and people who need help in the community they claim to serve, by letting their personal BYASS and discriminatory attitudes get in the way of good people spending money here . They go against everything this company stands for. It’s pretty sad they choose to hire these types of people who have no experience working sales or customer service .Spend your money at a different thrift store ! Where you are actually welcomed and left to shop in peace and allowed toDonate money to people in my community who need it most. ??? ???????️

The prices have gotten crazy high. Old navy pajama pants that cost more than they do in the store. Mens shirts and jeans that are as high as department store prices. I give you stuff to sell for free. Why such high prices?

This particular location treats employees incredibly poorly, on top of the pricing going up. Go to any other one.

After looking into several thrift shops, I tried goodwill. Was surprised to find most Women's clothing prices were twice the amount of any other store. Found used kitchen items that were priced same as new ones online. Most of womens pants were priced from $12.00 to $19.00. May as well go to value village or buy new. Very disappointed. Went next door to Bella's voice and found excellent prices on everything and all proceeds go to animal facilities and food banks for animal food. I couldn't find one item in goodwill that I couldn't buy cheaper and even new at any other thrift shop. Will take my business elsewhere.

Recently, I've picked up thrifting due to being in between sizes and not wanting to drop a ton of money to find some decent bottoms for my new size. I have found quite a few good quality jeans here that normally run for $100-$150 and only paid around 10-15 bucks for each pair. I went last weekend hoping to find some good deals on skirts and dresses, but was quite surprised at how high the prices are on some of these items, given that these are used? For example, Goodwill prices a Loft skirt at $24-$26, but if you go on the actual Loft site, you can find the same skirt in their sales section for brand new at the same price Goodwill marketed it for.... which makes no sense at all. There have also been plenty of times I have come across a shirt or jacket that has food stuck to it, which is beyond disgusting. While I do understand that items come in used and most things might not smell the best - doing some damage control and washing the clothes should be a bare minimum practice, especially given how high Goodwill prices some things. Overall, I do like going here once in a while, but you can definitely find better deals at Value Village and Bella's Voice.
