Great customer service. The man who helped me unload my car was respectful, thoughtful, and helpful. Before I left, he asked if I wanted a tax receipt.

The staff are friendly and helpful in unloading donations. They move an amazing amount of cars through in a very short period of time. Wonderful alternative to throwing things in the garbage, and used items are sometimes better than new! My favorite jacket is from Goodwill.

It was easy to drive through and drop things for donations, the associate there was really nice and helpful

They took everything we had to give without blinking. We emptied a van full of stuff and they helped wheel it all away. Get there early as lines form quickly and can spill out into the street. They didn't even look inside the boxes and containers to make sure it was stuff they wanted. That made the line move a lot quicker.

Closed most of the times I come by for "truck full". No one answers the phone number listed when I try to check on the status of the truck/donation acceptance.

The guys who work here are super nice.I was confused because I showed up after the truck was full. They were super nice to me and explained to me exactly how it worked. Then they suggested that I run over to the Lynwood Goodwill and try to donate there and it worked out perfectly. Thanks guys!

We have tried to come drop off clothing 10+ times in the past two weeks. All at different hours that they are supposedly “open”. They were closed every time. We even spoke to someone who said to come between 10-1, but still found them closed every time we came.
