Dear Grease Monkey Corporate Team,
I am writing to request immediate escalation of a claim related to substantial engine damage caused by oil misplacement at Grease Monkey on 6/29/25. My vehicle was towed directly from your shop to Mercedes-Benz, and the repair estimate is $15,000.
The local manager(Chris) has confirmed that insurance will be involved, but no claim contact or timeline has been shared. I would appreciate assistance from corporate to ensure this issue is addressed swiftly and professionally.
Please confirm receipt and advise who will be handling this matter. I can provide documentation and photos upon request.

They were fast and honest and straightforward about the recommendations for my truck. I did not feel pressured to do anything I didn't want to do. The whole team was friendly and I felt at ease the entire time.

They did my oil change with 16 point inspection so fast! They had fresh coffee and the daily newspaper in the waiting room. Such great customer service!
