Great clips in ballard does a great job, we were up north and tried this location. We said that we wanted the same cut as last time (ballard location) and they cut my son's hair so short and crooked right before family photos. My heart hurt so bad seeing him looking so bad.

Terrible Service !!!
My daughter’s hair is very short and we are growing it out. I asked for a simple trim to keep the shape decent and look nice. The stylist just snipped at the back and said a bit at the front and said if she cuts more it wouldn’t look nice.
But, the areas she cut the hair is not wven straight or even and looks bad.
On top of that she charged $26 for less than 10 minutes of service !!!!!

Stopped in on 01/19/25. Using the app made it easy to get in line before I arrived. Shayla was my stylist and she really knocked it outta the park. My high fade was perfect and she’s pretty fast, while also not rushing. Thank you Shayla!

This is hands down the worst haircut experience I have ever had. The stylist Katrin was worst, she was completely unprofessional is her behavior, the way she talked and treated me. I would never ever come here again. Please stay way from this horrible establishment. Doesn’t even deserve a single star.
First of she was sitting on tue chair even after I was there for few minutes (and there was no one in the store) took her own sweet time to come and put the details in the machine. Then did an extremely poor job of cutting my hair, and when I asked to check the back of my hair just handed me the mirror and took off. If this is the way the treat customers I wonder how long they will be going to be in the business
This is hands down one of the worst customer experience I ever experienced
