I caution all people from buying from this company. My husband and I were very clear we were headed to Japan when we got this ring. Within a year and half the ring bent and lost three stones. I had all the regular cleaning and have had many peace’s of jewelry in my life. I’ve never had issues with any before like this. Customer service in store was hit or miss we talked to some nice ladies. However once my ring lost the second stone and we were on our way to Japan they made it clear the only option was for us to pay to ship it and they wouldn’t do anything if it got lost in the mail. A month later it lost the third stone. They lady I talked with ask what I had been doing because it’s not easy to lose stones. No one has tried to do anything outside of offering to fix it if we pay to send it in. Im not usually someone that goes out of my way to leave bad reviews. This is my engagement ring and no one in customer service cares to help. I’ve heard many people have issues with their customer service. Please please be care. The rings are pretty but if you have an issue you are on your owni. The first stone we were able to replace. It lost two more within two months of each other. They also charged close to 3000 in store the ring is selling for 1700 on line

I had given my wedding ring for repairs a month ago, and the lady taking up the order was so rude and was reluctantly answering questions. She refused to listen when I mentioned that the ring had to be resized to accommodate my engagement ring, paid no heed to what I said and just gave us the repair receipt. I picked up my ring today, as expected it as just repaired without the spacing and when I stepped in to talk to her about it, she bluntly cut us off by saying other people are coming for pick ups and I can’t speak now and walked away. I absolutely regret making my purchase at Helzberg diamonds and absolutely regret coming in for repairs. Please improve your customer service, anole its worst at the moment!

Barbara was so helpful and amazing helping me find the perfect diamond and style for me. She knew what setting would go beautifully with the diamond I wanted and made it a really simple decision for all.
