The guy on the cashier counter was extremely rude..and had no idea about the stock, policies etc.. his answer for pretty much every question was “ go and check on Holister website”.. never coming back to this store again. If they want us to just use online website then shut down this store..

For the third time I went in hoping to find a few things for my teenager. It’s hard to find a worker because they’re all on their phones looking like shoppers. I finally found somebody and ask for help, they pointed and that was the extent of the help. You need to find somewhere where they work on commission for decent service.

I went in this past Saturday with my daughter. Now, I work in Guest Service do I am extremely aware of what to expect. Anyhow, we enter and no one greets us, no one acknowledges us. As we walk in the store no one ask if we need any help rather they are busy loudly talking and laughing with each other. Even as I am clearly looking for something behind an associate there was no acknowledgment not a word spoken. We were able to find what she needed, made our way to an empty check out station. A young lady was milling around but seemed a bit put off that she had to help us then a young man came over to help and it seemed like we completely interrupted his day to make him check us out. Didn't ask if anyone helped us, nothing. ONLY because my daughter needed what we were looking for fid we buy there because otherwise I would have walk out and said you just lost a customer. As we left there was no goodbye, no thanks for shopping with us...,nothing.They need a customer service refresher!

It'd be nice if I finally get the delayed payment method to go through. Been trying for 2 days. $259 worth of purchases will be lost due to tech difficulties in the site. Not a good way to keep customers.

I am very frustrated with a recent purchase. I purchased a pair of shorts from this store, which is not close to my house. I came home to wear them and realized that the lady checking me out did not remove the security tag on the shorts. I had to drive all the way back the next day to have it removed and asked if I would be compensated for having to spend time and expensive gas money to get the tag removed that shouldn’t have been there in the first place after I had purchased it. The cashier who removed the tag said I could not be compensated, even though it was their mistake. When I first bought the shorts, the cashier seemed very rushed and clearly was not thorough enough to see that it had a security tag.

Was in this store for over half an hour. I had intended to buy some new clothes. Several employees walked by me and my existence was never acknowledged. Never greeted, no eye contact, it was like I was a ghost. Two employees were at the front desk talking about how they hated school.I eventually took a pile of clothes to the dressing rooms and found an unlocked door. As I tried on clothes I heard employees asking customers if they needed help or if they could grab them different sizes. I just left the clothes in the dressing room and left. Their pants cost between $40-$90 which isn't an issue but If they can't even acknowledge I'm even in the store, I would rather just buy cheap clothes elsewhere.

This store is not the store it was before. A young Asian teenager was not helpful when I asked her if a current pair of black high waist stretch skinny jeans were still available. She was a bit rude and not helpful. Furthermore, dressed inappropriately wearing a shirt that was barely covering the bottom of her bra line and showing too much cleavage. Men and children go to this store. I went here with my partner and was not happy about the dress code and service they have. I will not be returning.

Workers whisper about you like crazy if you take a sip of a drip and tell you they'll get security. Hollister you suck and I will never come to your store again. I don't know what this company stands for but not for freedom. Also whispering about your customers will not bring more people to your store. We heard you loud and clear. To the three girls there, thank you for ruining our day. Like the world isn't bad enough. Rude girl.

Not like it used to be. Not much selection and or difference in there clothing. Not one employee asked if I needed help and bad service at register.

They had some great clothes for the kids to go on spring break vacation. I like the quality of their clothing versus some other stores that are less expensive.
