We love staying here every time we visit Angel of the Winds Arena for a concert. Fantastic rooms, excellent amenities, & friendly staff. We'd like to recognize Susan from housekeeping! She made our whole stay worth it! She was super friendly & very helpful. We'll be back to visit for our next concert! Susan was a rockstar! We can't wait to see her next time! We can't say enough good things about her!

Trust me, if you like cleanliness, hot showers, or a room that’s ready for you… DON’T stay here! Let me make my case to you:My wife, baby and I stayed here. The suite we got smelled like urine, had damaged furniture, and overall it didn’t feel clean. Me and my baby also started sneezing a bunch… something I’ve never experienced in a hotel. 30 minutes into our stay, I went to the front desk and asked for a refund. She was polite about it and said that they have a lot of pets stay on the lower floors……So they moved us to a room on the 5th floor. Initially, it was a lot nicer because it smelled fine and looked cleaner (not saying much)… but then the shower only got lukewarm, and I had to ask for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner because none were in the room. Luckily they were speedy about it… nope. A guy came the NEXT morning at about 11am with shampoo and conditioner apologizing that he forgot body wash… (which we never ended up getting). Amazingly, we stayed the next night as well because we made it work… but then even in the “cleaner” room, we kept finding pet hair on our clothes and our stuff… that’s not normal. Every hotel is pet friendly these days, and I’ve never seen one be this influenced by pets… might be the nasty carpet. Regardless, the next day we changed hotels.Don’t do it to yourself, you deserve better. Stay somewhere else.

Susan and the breakfast staff are the reason I keep coming back. She goes above and beyond for me and makes me feel like I’m home. They are all so kind and I feel like more than a guest. Thank you, Susan!

I am livid after a stay at this location for they seem to think it’s ok for grown men from their staff to let themselves into our rooms and grill 11 yo children as to why they haven’t checked out yet from a PAID FOR room. I kept pretty calm and complained to the front desk to which I was told someone from management would contact me. Spoiler- no one did. Be careful and keep an eye on your kids here so they aren’t traumatized like mine was. She never wants to go to a hotel again because she now thinks unknown men are going to walk in and grill her, a child, for answers she doesn’t have.

6+ years as a Hilton Diamond member. This was by far my worst stay at any Hilton Property. My trip was business and originally 4 nights. I arrived tired from travel with a need to rest prior to a 4AM wake up. The room looked clean and the location suited my needs. I took a shower and hopped into bed only to be bitten by either fleas or maybe bed bugs on my lower legs. Desperate, I threw off the sheets and turned up the heat so I would not be cold and went to sleep. Quickly followed by loud cracking noises that startling me out of sleep. The cracking turned out to be a cheaply constructed ceiling above me as the occupants above walked around (normally). Thinking that they would soon go to bed and the cracking would end, I waited. It began to rain outside. Then began a loud 2 second drip as a drippy gutter leaked onto a piece of sheet metal by my window. Desperate, I put on loud music on my phone to cover up these crazy noises. I prefer not to sleep with music so nearing 1AM I turned it off. Drifting to sleep, but repeatedly awakened by the cracking of my ceiling followed by what seemed like the flushing of an industrial strength toilet from inside my on room but was from upstairs. At that point, I messaged the hotel on the hiltop app but got no response. I called the front desk to ask for another room but there was no answer. I then got up, packed my things and went to the front desk. After searching I found the person who is supposed to be at the desk and told him about the problem. I asked to be either moved to a different room or I would check out. He told me there where no other rooms, so having an early start to my day and not wanting to have to leave my stuff and to struggle there another night, I checked out being forced to sleep my remaining few hours in my rental car in the cold. It may sound dumb and maybe it was but I slept at least a little in the car. Also, I requested twice that the front desk person have the manager contact me at my phone number that was on record at the hotel. The manager never contacted me. My remaining days were spent at a Marriot Residence Inn nearby. I am obviously considering switching loyalty programs at this point. I am not interested in contact with the management at this hotel. You had your chance to contact me. So don't ask me to reach out to you or hope I will give you a chance on a future stay. Hilton properties are by and large good. This particular property needs to be rebranded to a motel 6. No disrespect to the Motel 6 people.

This place is a joke. Toiletries, amenities are probably better in a prison. Hilton licensed dumps like this are still using COVID as an excuse not perform daily housekeeping. Idiotically, towels etc are not provided at a 2x level. Our issue was when we called for TP, as a placard in the room promised 24/7 service we were told staff couldn’t deliver. This property doesn’t understand HOSPITALITY. Their staff are clowns

I left something in my room of importance and the staff went over and beyond to get it back to me. They took their personal time to get it to a UPS store and mail it back to me overnight. If there were 6 stars to leave I would leave 6 stars! I have stayed at the Lynnwood location many times and had a wonderful experience every time!!

Update: After calling again and the hotel lady saying she'd call back to change rooms she didn't. Went downstairs and the a gentleman immediately changed rooms for me no questions asked. She must have not cared since she was probably getting off her shift. Seems more of a mold problem than bed bugs, but still gross. The lack of urgency with the situation and the condition of the rooms and all the other reviews here tells me all I need to know about ever staying at this location again. DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is disgusting. Called front desk concerned about bed bug droppings the night before leaving after noticing some weird stuff in the ceiling corner. Their response we will send housekeeping tomorrow morning. So filthy and gross. Only nice thing is the shampoo/conditioner but that's it. Place it dusty and crusty. I wonder if they even washed my sheets. I wanna throw up.

My stay was in mid October 2023I was disappointed by the condition of this hotel & its operations. Looks nice in photos & has good reviews but in person you could see it needs an overhaul. The best thing about this location was the staff. Everyone was kind and helpful and I received prompt assistance when needed. Here are my cons:-Our room was not at ready at check-in time. We were assigned another room and still checked in almost an hour later.-Lighting in units is very poor. Especially in the kitchen and over the fridge.-We had no ice bucket or kettle and after mentioning the I've bucket were never brought one. They don't supply kettles.-Walls and furniture have weird stains, chipping paint and peeling leather-Pull out sofa bed is down to just springs and was dirty. Coverlet had what I appeared to be p**ic hair scattered over it.-Once sofabed is out, it can't be folded away without a special tool. So if you're staying for more than one night or want to sit on the couch again you need to call maintenance. -Cracks from floor to ceiling in some areas of the suite.-Black mold seeping through paint in walls. -Bathroom vent over shower covered in mold and dust.- Tub is lined and creaks and buckles slightly. Feels cheap and is noisy.-No manual temperature control in suite bedroom.-Breakfast buffet had little selection and was cold. Hot table temp seemed low. I didn't witness staff refresh the inserts of hot food either morning.-When I reminded them not to charge me for the missing ice bucket they refunded my parking. I don't recommend this hotel. I have cleaner,.comfier stays in an $80/night motel in the same area.Walkability: Very walkable with many good retail outlets nearby.

This hotel gets two stars instead of zero for the following reasons:- The rooms and overall hotel rooms are clean- The double queen suite is a great roomThe reasons I will not be staying here again, despite that:- Despite prepaying directly via Hilton, we were told the room we had booked was not available and were given a much smaller room that did not work for our needs instead (and saw that we would be potentially charged more for this smaller room in the app luckily that did not end up happening as we - after much effort on our part and multiple different chats, calls, and misunderstandings between the different staff members - finally were able to switch into our originally booked room on the second day)- The front desk service is pretty much non-existing since there is only ever one person at a time which makes it really hard for them to help you. One morning I actually saw the one front desk person who was there asleep at their desk. I'm not blaming the individual themselves as they were probably overworked, but it was just a very fitting impression of how much that hotel management values their guests... which is not enough to hire more front desk staff.- The breakfast is ... not good. I don't ever expect much from a continental breakfast, but seeing the yogurt or oatmeal be gone by 8:30am in the morning and the tater tots be lukewarm at best with very little healthy options to choose from, either, is not my usual Hilton experience. I did get coffee with seasonal creamer, so there's that - and I genuinely did appreciate that. Also, the breakfast staff is nice, and I am also not blaming any shortfalls here on the kitchen either. It just seems like once again hotel management cuts corners everywhere.Overall:It's a shame that my experience here was so disappointing because I actually did like the room we ended up with better than some other hotels we stayed in before in this area. But the fact that there's a good possibility that I won't end up in the room I paid for and will have to spend significant time and energy into actually ending up there just is not worth it to me at all. Especially during the holidays.Walkability: There's a Target and world market in walking distance which is nice (it's uphill though). You could probably also walk to Kohls if you were up for a little longer of a walk. You cannot easily walk to Costco as the road that separates the hotel from it has 5 lanes and no crosswalk close.
