Used to be great value for the money - older, but clean and well-run. Not anymore! I encountered several problems during my recent stay, and two emails went unanswered, so I called them. The manager was condescending, rude, he interrupted me, and he basically told me I was a liar and that there was no problem with the AC and the wifi. I will not be staying here ever again, and I will make sure to tell people I have referred to the hotel not to, either. There are many other choices in the Lynnwood area, at a similar price point, where you won't be treated like an inconvenience. If you check out their reviews on Google, you'll see that many others have had a similar experience lately too, so it's not just me. If they're going to treat customers so poorly, they deserve to lose business.

Worst hotel stay ever. The fire alarm started going off in the evening. Grabbed what I could and ran down stairs. No one could tell me what was going on. Just everyone screaming. Fire dept came, searched and took forever. Supposedly a pipe burst. No apologies, no offer for partial money back. Had to wait outside my room in lobby forever. Then when it was finally clear there was banging, stomping, horrible noise etc alllll night long. No one cared. Also tried to stay one other time and the place was on lock down with police and fire and they refused to refund our money and told to "wait it out" before checking in. Don't stay here!

So I've seen all the reviews and this is what I experienced. We my daughter and I spending 2 days in Seattle decided on here to stay, because the central location and price. It is located adjacent to a restaurant that when entering the lobby gave off a distinct smell of cooked food. I thought was staff cooking there dinner. The lobby was clean looking and there was someone at the front desk checking in guest before and after me. Went to the room my daughter because we do travel a bit and she's a little paranoid always looks on the mattresses for bed bugs under the bed for monsters etc. Lol! No bugs but did find flower petals? Intersting. Also all the walking we did I needed ice for a bad ankle. So knowing most hotels have plastic bags in there ice buckets searched for and found our bucket with melted ice in it. I went to front desk asked for bag and told them what we found. They apologized. The night went well it was quiet and the air conditioning worked lovely. Mattresses was as comfortable as home. When we Checked out the new front desk person I mentioned to them what I said to the night clerk. She did get a message about it from night clerk. Apologize d and said under staffed which I totally believed. Maybe when staffing back to normal it will be 5 star rating. Would stay agin.

Great service, clean rooms, and cheap stay that was close enough to Seattle. Would stay again!

I stayed but one night at this hotel and the inside seems nice and remodeled. It is kind of in a hidden area. The rooms are not super fixed up or anything special but clean and quiet to stay up to 2 nights. I'll recommend if you passing by briefly.

When I arrived it took 10 minutes before someone came to the front desk, and I was over charged for my room because I had 3 people staying in a 4 person room. overall the service was unacceptable. Would not come again.
