seriously saved me when my car unexpectedly ran into trouble. the level of customer care was 10/10 and everybody working there was busy doing something. so helpful & i can’t stress that enough. my family has been coming here & if my dad or brother used google reviews their recommendation of this place would echo mine. 100% recommend, and i will absolutely be coming here again when it’s time — along with recommending them to my friends and other family.

These guys are awesome, no pressure, fair and trustworthy. They do provide carfax with their vehicles. Bought a car in April, left my 20 + year old car with them, very happy with the final cost. I did have a minor problem within the first week, it is a used car. They took care of both the problem and me way above the call of duty. A lot more than most others would have done. Thanks Guys

This place ripped me off so bad I traded in my 2011 Ford fusion for a Q5 Audi that I thought was a nice car until I found out it went through a bunch oil and I got so stressed out. I had to lose almost 5000 to trade in for a Ford Taurus wich my wife hates so now she's not talking to me and find out the damn things gets under 10 miles to the gallon and the check engine light went on the next day. These guys are is crooked as they get do you not go to these people to buy a car? Trust me it'll be your worst regrets.

I bought a golf tdi from the dealership a month or so ago. As an out of state buyer I relied on the salesman to help describe damage and inspect the car. That was obviously a bad choice on my part and should have had a 3rd party do that. The salesman described it as having normal bumps and bruises, but nothing major. After taking delivery my opinion was not the same. Again shame on my for relying on them. There are some deep scratches on the roof. A couple good dings, and both side view mirrors are broken. The picture of the one side view is just the reflector bit, but the driver side is broken on the inside and is held on by tape. All seem a bit more than normal wear. The real burn was within driving the car 50 miles got a check engine light. After having the codes read the shop told me the light came on because they were stored codes, just cleared with a scan tool, but not fixed. All 5 codes are related to emissions issues. The cost of just the parts is over $2200, and I will have to pay another $1000 in labor. It took a month to get the parts here, and now it’s in the shop hopefully to be fixed as it should have been previously. I definitely should have done some things different as a first time out of state buyer, but definitely feeling bamboozeled by the dealership. Take extra care in purchasing through these guys, don’t trust them for their word, and get a 3rd party inspection of you feel you must buy one of their cars.

Buyer beware! This is one of the worst car sellers ever. The car I purchased was a 2004 volvo s40 back in July 2022 and completely stopped working after 6 months of use. I had only put 1500 miles on it since purchase and it died. One of the engine cylinders was filled with oil and stopped working, and the radiator had a leak that forced me to fill it up everyday. The dealership I was at was the one in Lynnwood highway 99

BUYER BEWARE.......My daughter bought a Mazda CX 7 from here in March & since then she has had nothing but problem after problem after problem with this vehicle. WHAT A BIG BIG MISTAKE. To bad they can't take care of Used Vehicles as well as they take care of the race cars...

They were rude upon us entering facility, acted like the car we were interested in was above our means and made us prove financing before they allowed test drive. When we agreed on price, the sales guy, Anvil, pushed the paperwork through quickly and didn’t explain we would be signing off on Washington States Implied Warranty. It basically means they can sell you a lemon and you can’t do anything about it. Hours after getting the vehicle home, it started making horribly loud sounds. This was a $15k vehicle. We checked it out and the catalytic converter was hanging by a thread. I called and they said they wouldn’t help or offer refund and hung up. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Horrible experience, the manager was rude and car needed a $4000 fix within 24 hours of purchase. Seemed fine at dealership. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Extremely unethical used car seller. They sold the car to me and it broke down within 24 hours. I took it to mechanic shops and they told me this car had transmission failure also engine problem. I asked them why there was no warning lights on when I bought the car, they told me the dealership probably did some east fix to the car so it temporarily wouldn’t light on the warning signals. Of course, I signed the paper waiving all rights when I bought the car, prepared by the dealership. I went back to the shop again trying to talk to them and they told me to “get out of here”. I blame on myself too because the car was cheaper than market price and I fell for that. If you see a cheap car there, don’t buy it. If you see an expensive car there, you can buy it and then pray for it. This kind of dealership should not exist in the market scamming people.

This business is nothing more than a waste of time. I went in to look at a 2008 Mazda CX-9 that was very clean for its age. My interaction was with a man named Ricardo, who at the time seemed very pleased that I had shown up wanting to test drive. So we went for a ride, and the car drove very nicely. I was pleased with the way it handled considering there was snow on the ground and it was an AWD. We finished our test drive and went back into his office to talk some numbers. The listed price was $8,999 before taxes, almost $10,500 after. I managed to talk him down with a cash offer, and was very pleased when he came back from his managers office with a very nice cut down to about $9,400 after everything's included. I told him great, but I'm not quite ready to buy yet. I had noticed white smoke coming from the exhaust after shutting the car off and walking inside, so I wanted to have it inspected before purchasing. He said that was absolutely fine, so I left and went home and scheduled an appointment for inspection at Mazda of Everett, even after finding Carfax discrepancies about the waterpump just being replaced. The day before the inspection, Ricardo texts my girlfriend and informs her that he's unfortunately sold the car. Now I had not put a hold at the time I left, although I did tell him to notify me if he received more interest and I would immediately come put the $200 hold fee he asked for. When asked why he didn't contact us, he simply stated "Well if it didn't pass inspection, you weren't going buy anyway, no?". So to me, that clearly means there was something wrong that he didn't want to disclose to us. Not a very satisfying experience, and I do not recommend this 2nd hand junk-yard.I'm assuming this is management responding. Clearly you did not read close enough. I'd already had a scheduled appointment for an inspection on the vehicle, and you sold it anyways. Maybe you should do better, and stand by your word.

THREE DAYS after taking possession of my car from J&R I find the driver's window won't close. Then I find my sunroof opens, but then won't close, and won't open again. I'll change my rating if they take care of this in a timely manner.

This place sold my family a lemon SUV. The day after we brought it home it started ticking loudly and now has a blown head gasket in less than 2 months! Do not be fooled by a freshly detailed car! We saved up so long just to be scammed out of our money.
