I called to ask how much for service someone named Sarah answered the phone. The conversation proceeded. with her being very disrespectful. She was loud and very condescending because she was talking to a African American. So I had my colleagues call and she didn't have any problems with Sarah.

We had our 2021 taxes done here. They were electronically filed and supposedly all we had to do was send our payment in. Well, yesterday we got a notice from the IRS that some of our supporting documents were not included in the filing...including our W2's!!?? I don't understand how the supporting documents weren't included in the filing AND trying to get ahold of someone at Jackson Hewitt is nothing but a run around. I would not recommend using Jackson Hewitt for your tax filing.

Xuan Liu was amazing. She was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was in and out with in 40 minutes and now i have peace of mind knowing my taxes were filed correctly. Will definitely be back next year!

I've been with Mr. Hung Lee. I dont know what I do without him.First dad and I did our taxes, and then dad passed and his stuff transferred to me. LLC to rental income, to new business venture helped with it.Thank you very much.

Jackson Hewitt done my taxes returns for the past three years , completed by Mr Lee highly professional friendly and total expert on his profession , taxes can be hectic but when you do it at Jackson Hewitt you feel the peace of mind knowing it will be completed by one of their experts ..
