Giving a 3 star because their selection is good. However, if you love when cashiers start the sign up process for a credit card without saying anything and the only giveaway is that the card reader is asking for your SSN, then proceed to argue and pressure you into continuing the sign up process, this JCPenney location will be a 5 star for you. Walked past another cashier counter on my way out and could hear the customers arguing with a different cashier for doing the same thing. If this is how customers are treated by this company, I'm not interested.

I grew up with JCPenney being a regular place we stopped at, now as an adult I still shop there on a regular basis. I've since moved from my home town but still love and shop at JCPenney!

The JCPenney store is great! Brightly lit, many wonderful apparel items from which to choose and attractively arranged
However, the Photo Studio is a huge MISS!! The photographer was incredibly difficult to understand, due to her mask. We asked her to please speak up, but she did so for only about five seconds! She was rushing us, was NOT creative at all in her poses, did NOT wait for the youngest member of our family to be encouraged to smile. Hence, the shots are uncreative, and look "canned". No creativity with background, no trying for poses so that the floor and floor boards are not visible!! Our Church Directory is so much more creative and beautiful than these pictures. It was difficult and frustrating to find even a couple of shots from which to choose!! It was supposed to be a wonderful experience, photographing and making special memories as our youngest grandson celebrated his first birthday!!! What an awful experience!!
This photographer needs to be let go. She's ruining special moments for families!! She didn't even try to be gracious, friendly or patient. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!

Bad service, bad attitude. Only one stuff on the second floor, the stuff knows nothing about the "deals" you need to take care of how much you pay, and you need to argue with the cashier to get the deal price. The manger never says apologize for the not professional behavior and want the security guy to kick me out.

Horrible cashier near mall entrance. I love to shop at JCPenney before Covid. Recently, when I wanted to check out, I figured out my item was clearance and it will not work with coupon, so I change my mind and want to look another item for coupon. The cashier didn't allow me to carry back the items, she hold them and force me to look the item I want and back to her. I felt this cashier very rude. She kept dismiss me when I asked question.
